We were with them for four years. Had no problem until we went out of contract and they increased their "supplier charge" from times 1 per Kwhr to times 5 without telling us ( I spotted this when reviewing an invoice). This soured me with the company and the rep seemed to shrug his shoulders at this, so we moved. And luckily we moved in January before all the Iran crisis kicked off. Gopower offer this variable rate where sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. After four years I don't think there was much difference in terms of savings from using the larger suppliers.

We purchased a commercial property and while we went through the marathon of change of use, Orna at GoPower was always patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Really quick response time and so informative. Thanks so much again. Would highly recommend...if only they did residential too!

Go Power provide electricity to a commercial unit owned by my dad and we've recently had some difficulties with a tenant. The account manager we have is excellent and has provided ongoing support with getting the electricity reconnected and updating estimated readings etc. I was dreading having to deal with the repercussions from what happened, but Gareth in particular and the rest of the team made it easy. Their customer service is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Go power have been great. They took so much financial pressure off my small business. My previous energy provider was charging multiples of what Go Power charge. Orna from their Co. Monaghan Office was extremely helpful and efficient. I cant recommend them enough.

GoPower are without a doubt the cheapest business energy supplier on the market. We have multiple meters on our site so having low passthrough and standing rates is really important for us.

During the height of the energy cost crisis (2022-23) our unit rates were much lower than any competitor.

Their customer service team is also very easy to deal with which is quire refreshing.

The account manager is extremely knowledgeable and made me aware of all options and plans available to me.
