Admittedly, I was BEYOND skeptical!! As I should have been since I had a pristine laptop that I only opened (not even used) maybe 4 times in the 2years since I bought it from Best Buy. My google search led me to goroostr.com after a Best Buy email that offered me almost $200 less than what goroostr.com offered.
The process was amazingly simple and quick. I completed the form and got an estimate (very generous), received my mailing slip - so no shipping cost to me. Just packaging. Mailed the laptop out on a Wednesday afternoon, got FedEx notice that the package was received on Friday and I had my money in my Zelle account before noon on Monday!! Always a great experience - I've sold several devices to them and they routinely pay the highest prices and have the best service including reminders, confirmations, and fast payment. You have to provide your own packaging but that's a minor issue for what you get.
