They are scam
We trusted them and opened a business account they blocked our money without notice , ignoring all our emails not even a single update or respect to respond to the emails for the past 2 months and not even providing us with company bank statements
We will be reporting them to FCA and court order to be issued
Watch out !!

Fraud. Can't access the account. It has been over one year they are holding my £2500 and no response. Contacting FCA now.

I received an email from this company advertising their service.

I did not allow this.

Moreover, their tracking link doesn't even have https so I am a bit worried if this payment gateway is even secure

Update over the case so after trying with multiple channel i try to contact with gosolo team but there was no response then i contacted via linkden to Dema the founder of goslo and after that he make sure everything goes smooth and he resolve my issue thumbs up to founder member
i am having trouble with them to signing in to my account i tried contacted them on email, X (twitter), Instagram, WhatsApp but no response from there side my money is stuck and now my account is blocked for me unblock my account link is not working to reverify me i need some one from gosolo team to assist me to get my money back

I have been using Gosolo for more than a year and it worked fine until they blocked me with no email or call. They haven't provided any phone number to contact them and I have emailed them multiple times, tried to contact them using their whatsapp support, even called on whatsapp but haven't received any response at all. My funds are gone with no access, no reason. I will be contacting the authorities soon

Această platformă este foarte nebună și ei sunt ei înșiși casa de nebuni, mi-au blocat contul. Am avut acolo 23650 EUR, mi-au cerut o sursă de fonduri, ceea ce am făcut și au mers pe mine timp de aproximativ 3 luni. Am dat peste recenzia despre cum Ⓐⓢⓢⓔⓣⓡⓔⓣⓡⓘⓔⓥⓐⓛ  .⃝ⓘⓞ ajută o persoană de aici să primească banii ei și i-am contactat și eu însumi și m-au ajutat în doar o săptămână și 5 zile.

Absolute scum , they will take all your money the second it hits your account leaving you with no money to pay for goods or staff absolute scandal PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

A convenient tool for business, if it weren’t for damn long transactions. If you need fast transactions, it is better to choose another service.

I sent a payment to a solo account in error via a third party business. My bank has tried to contact you to return my money as it’s a closed account it went into. Please can someone respond to my email I have sent it to your email address

I received a call about a solar proposal in June of 2023. I liked what they were saying but need time to look things over and do my research. I got bombarded with calls to the point that I had to tell them give me a week to do my research. So today 09 July 2023, there Vice President Yousuf Shah, called me demanding to know why I’m dragging my feet. Last I heard the customer has all the time he needs to make a decision. Who in their right mind would spend or take on a debt over 100,000 for 25 years for solar power.

I am a 26 year retired US Navy Veteran, and this dude called me a loser for taking my time, he did a credit check on me and threw my debt in my face over. I have the text messages to prove it. Stay away from this company they just want your money.

Please please do not use this bank it is a scam! They don’t answer any emails, or WhatsApp. There is no contact details for them. They will take your money very fast and it’s easy to pay in-but they will not let you take the money out or pay anyone….please please don’t use this bank account it has nearly cost me my business

Account blocked no reason given. Sent email but received no response. Left me stranded with no access to funds! No contact telephone to call. I will be closing my account as soon as this is resolved. Account not accessible since yesterday. No response from the so called customer care team. Still stuck a day before Easter. Not acceptable.

Hi I can’t make payments from my account I’ve had important payments to make since Friday and money just got sent back to my balance go solo contacted me on the weekend and said I would receive correspondence by Monday 27th February nothing has happened thus far I’ve sent email after email WhatsApp message after WhatsApp message and nothing goes through the way this bank deals with customer issues is terrible people have businesses to run and we can’t contact anybody the response I received wasn’t even to my query I need my funds asap gosolo

Surprising fast and easy registration of the company! It has taken 15 minutes to go through the whole process. Absolute discovery for me as opposed to contacting my accountant as I did previously.
