One order for $80 was never fulfilled. The second order has not arrived yet. The GoSpiral website has NO contact information or phone number to call for assistance. I think this company may be out of business.

Paul at Go Spiral personally called me to explain their new packaging options. I was impressed not only by Paul’s courtesy, but also by his genuine enthusiasm for their product and his excitement about new production developments to come - which he happily explained to me. BTW, I love their Spiralina, and I wish them great success for the future.

This is really unfortunate for me to have to give this review because the product itself is really amazing. I have a membership for a specific order, and the last time I ordered it, it never came. When I reached out, about a week later, I heard a response that said they had forgotten my order and they would quickly send me my order plus extra. I thought that was amazing! Unfortunately, I still did not receive my order. I did get sent spirulina, but it was not what I ordered nor was it as much as I ordered. When I reached out for help, I emailed two different emails and waited two weeks with no response. I reached out a third time last week with no response yet. I’m really bummed about the customer service.

Excellent company in terms of providing fresh fruits and vegetables with a variety of options. They will ensure that the food you serve for your family is fresh, nutritious, and without any preservatives. They will ensure that everything arrives to you fresh and undamaged.

This shop is excellent since they serve fresh, healthy fruits and vegetable that are great for dieters like me and, of course, for your family. They'll deliver it to you safe and sound.

Such bad customer service. I placed a order did not receive the correct order sent 3 emails and 2 DM’s never heard back been 6 days
