I wish they were still in business

I wish they were still in business, I need my transmission rebuilt in my 95 f150 and I see lots of negative reviews but Kevin always took great care of me, I understand that I didn't use them for complex transmissions in the past but I have bought engines and paid them to rebuild transmissions in the past and they never sold me junk or were hard to deal with. It just sucks I've got three transmissions that need to be rebuild and they are no longer in business and for the price and the knowledge they gave me I'll always be appreciative. Does suck that the transmissions I've had done would be under warranty if they were still in business hoping they hold up.

They are trash. Jeff Madison and Kevin Karwat are loosens. They sell junk. Believe me. Kevin is my brother. I am embarrassed. Jeff and Kevin have been cheating everyone for 30 years. God bless you. Run. Run. Run. They will cheat you. Take your money. You will be sorry.

These guys are conartists

These guys are conartists! They are running a major scam and is horrible what they are doing. We ordered a transmission from Got All Auto. On 10/15/20 they charged my credit card for $1,099 and told me it would be shipping out. I called every month checking on it as I never received it. They kept telling me it was ready to ship out but due to covid they couldn't find a driver. In March I asked for a refund and they assured me I would receive the transmission the following week. When I didn't receive I tried calling for a refund again and they said they would have a manager call me back I called 3 days in a row and still nothing then they stopped answering the phone when I called. My wife then called and asked to speak to a manager and got Kevin Karwat on the phone on 4/21 and he said that he would email her right away stating that he is sending out the transmission the next day and would put a lifetime warranty on it and would personally write a check if the transmission didn't get shipped. In June my wife spoke with Kelly (the office manager) and she said she would have accounting issue a refund. We never received a refund and so my wife steered talking with Kevin again. He kept telling her he's working on it. It's now 8/27 and still no transmission or refund and now they won't answer the phone.

not sure if Michael is Michael Loveridge or not but business has been tough ever since covid and a struggle. In saying that we have been around for over 17 years so ripping people off isnt what we do, but in saying that definitely been through alot of changes since then and in no way shape or form is anyone scamming anybody. Since then we have shipped over 2000 transmissions. They will get one also, everyone does.

Crooks!!!!

I decided to cancel my order on July 1, 2020 in hopes of protecting myself from being ripped off. I've spoke to Jen, Kevin, Jeff and Kim. Everyone of them has said the refund was being processed and that they would never steal someones money from them. While Kevin told me about how long he has been in business he was cussing at me and blaming his staff for not handling their jobs. Kim tried to explain why it was so important to obtain a confirmation number from accounting later in the day for the refund that was scheduled to be released that very night. I told her all I wanted was my money. It is now 65 days since canceling my order. Stay away from these businesses as they are fraudulent. They are out to steal your money!!! A Transmissions & Gotallautoparts in Bay City, MI. I looked up the business address. the business is a pick a part. Not the factory I was lead to believe my transmission was being perfected. I am thankful I did not receive a transmission from this business. I'm sure it would have cost me even more dealing with that. Now I want my money back in full. No more excuses. DO NOT HIDE BEHIND COVID-19!! Attention Jeff and Kevin!!! You have been doing this for way longer than any of us ever heard of COVID-19. Lying on your website and stealing peoples hard earned money outright is criminal activity. How many people have you done this to? Flat out LYING ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT, GIVING PEOPLE THE RUN AROUND AND CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY

This review will be flagged for over 90% misrepresentation of facts. This company is a transplant from Saginaw Michigan and came to Bay City in December of 2012. We purchased a Salvage yard because we do at least 30 to 40 tranmissions per week I mean our invoice number is 24592 for twenty four five hundred and ninety two. This is true and not fictional , that salvage yard allowed us to buy entire trucks and suv's for 200 or 300 so it made sense to keep costs down to our customers.. At the prices that we sell for, if we built junk or were ripping people off no way could we remain in business so successfully for the past 11-12 years just think about it people. Thanks

How do I join the class action lawsuit???…

How do I join the class action lawsuit against these scam artists? They must be held accountable for their actions. Or should I say lack there of.... Looks like I wasn't the only one robbed of at least a $1000 or for some even more. Called over 3 months ago and was told I didn't have to return my transmission because I did ask. Was told it might take a little while due to employees being out with Covid. Called back every other week to check up on the situation. Then last week I was told I would have to pay to ship my transmission. ( that part was fine) but then also told I would have to pay to have the rebuilt one shipped back out to me. When if I was told in the beginning the circumstances might not have been so bad but being lied too is bad business. Also apparently I am not the only person dealing with this issue. Look at the reviews. You have been warned.

Noone has robbed anyone. Never in over 17 years has anyone robbed any body. this customer has a warranty claim. We have no way to confirm nor deny responsibility without having the product back in order to determine true cause of failure or problem.. Advised customer they must return the product in order to be serviced according to the policy contract they purchased. under. that simple

Anthony Esposito, I had a very informative discussion with a new women who got hired at Got all Auto / A transmission. Her name was Jodie Nowak. She told me she was there work for only a week. Fielding all the issues Kevin Karwat has cause the company.
Had her in the phone for some time. She actually spent the time listening. That a rare commodity now a days. She never interrupted me the whole time. She was appalled at what I was saying also very Sympathetic. She also said kevin is on personal leave. I asked later on, back to kevin. So you are more or less had FIRED him. She said not quite but he was on leave (SUSPENDED I GUESS). Happy to hear he not there but doesn't help get my transmission. Jeff the owner is not around and won't be back till monday. See what happens there. Danny is Production manager

THEY ARE THIEVES WHOM STOEN $1280.00 AND DON'T SEND WORKING TRANSMISSION!!!

Everyone I Urge you to contact WNEW in Bay City Michigan and contact the news desk talk to Steve and tell him your story he is reveiwing / doing depth investigative report due to all the negative reviews he personally seen in black-and-white himself on trusted pilot and Numerous other review sites I've used. Let's put this company out of bussiness. Also contact your Michigan department of motor vehicles and file a complaint with them. The more complaints the more power we have.
I everything I written I can back up.
I have over 30 text message and audio recording ready for my attorney.

Mr esposito still has the first transmission which he was told didnt have to send back in 2018.. OK. Since then there has been another one sent. Noone else here ever has needed 3 transmissions now a 4th something isnt right. i know we said to not send first one but since then he hasnt allowed us any other option

Our invoices are at 25000 since December 2012. Noone and I mean noone needs three or four transmissions in a two year period from us without their being some extenuating circumstance which causes the problem.. Without us being able to inspect we have no way to help

respectfully if transmission lasted a year then it wasnt our fault that it went out. also, we are not denying Ms. Allmen any rights under her policy. Product has to be shipped in to us so we can 1. determine if it is the product we shipped. 2. after verifying it is ours then determine cause of failure and either rebuild it or replace it and send it back.

BEWARE/ BEWARE/ BEWARE! WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Worst company ever. I dealing with got all auto and another company called a transmission owned by Jeff.
Kevin is the only one any one gets to talk with. He handles all calls and issues and not sure if this Jeff even exists. This is the 3rd transmission I have stuck in my vehicle.Its A 4L80E the 1st one went just due to wearing & was their original to my truck. The 2nd one was the 1 that came from A transmissions which detonated inside my truck on I 95 in middle lane at rush hr traffic. Highly dangerous area. Now the 3rd Transmission which replaced the 2nd 1 has a blown out reverse gear. I been waiting for this replacement transmission since January 6 of 2021 All I get are so many excuses As to why my transmission could not be shipped. I swear Kevin is a professional liar. He is no better than a lawyer or a doctor a ambulance chaser, because I'm telling you he is yet to come through with anything he said. I swear this company just stolen $1280 of my money. I have filed numerous complaints what consumer protection and Attorney General. 2021-cp01061652819-A filed in 2018. It's down to the point where I'm going to have to contact news stations, television stations and in today media world that should not be hard to do!! Its looking like I am going to have to hire a lawyer and Sue this company just to get my money back. I been in talk with courts and lawyers and have a slam dunk case. I have audio recordings, I have company (kevin) admitting to everything. I tried to reason with company and just have them write me a check. Well after I put 1st transmission in
I called KEVIN 3 TIMES to ask how to ship core back. Got it on audio telling me to get rid of it they would not pay for shipping. (I SAVED IT ANY WAY) cause i knew they want it back. I was right. Kevin calls and tells me they won't give me my money back or ship me another transmission without core. I told him I have core and send me shipping and tracking numbers and I send back after I get my check. Bad Reputation of not being honest to others & honoring there word. Also told them cause of lack of having my truck I am over 1 yr past due on rent and can't find job without my truck. Plus all the tons of other Bills. He don't CARE. They been paid. KEVIN does Jeff's bidding. ALSO ALL THIS B/S KEVIN TELLS ME HOW I AM 1 IN ONLY A HAND FULL OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I know for fact that there are so many consumer protection complaints that the legal dept is investigating them. Check it out for yourself look up my case talk with Chy, Beth, Margaret, or the supervisor Chad. I been told that they (Consumer protection & Attorney general) have got 5 to 6 complaints a day on both GOT ALL AUTO & A TRANSMISSION. Cautious be very Cautious do not deal with this company you have been warned.

Got all is an Absolute scam company. Bought a 4l60e trans for my chevy Silverado. Installed it and it was in limp mode right away, had another sent to me under warranty. Received it but had no torque converter, called spoke to Kevin who tells me I dont get one, although I purchased a transmission with torque converter so should get it under the warranty. This one was good for a week and went out. Called for third transmission never received it. Called and spoke to Jen who said it was lost by the trucking company who was delivering it. I took off work drove the 6 hours to got all auto parts and got another transmission and sure as it snows in the winter and Kevin is a lying shister it didnt last 6 months. I would not do business with these clowns. Only thing I can say for sure is ,I will be joining the lawsuit against these people. Have cost me thousands of dollars and lost of work and down time. And Kevin my name is Jeff Barr. Oh and being you still work there tell Jen she is as big a liar as you telling me you no longer work for them. Maybe I'll just call her myself being I have her personal cell number. Later you lying POS!!!!

In My, Kevin, over 13 years with this company. I can tell everyone this. Anyone who needs three transmissions within 1 year has got a cooler problem, lack of lubrication, or some problem leading to resultant product failure. Statistics and reason will back that statement up as fact. When Jen worked here Kevin was off on sick leave from February 2 through March 28th. That must be period Mr. Barr speaks of. We have had some management problems through covid-we are not used to but suspect respectfully as to why a vehicle needs three transmissions that quickly. Anyone who has been in this business knows exactly what I am saying. Thanks for your ttime, your opinion is Just that "opinion" and not necessarily ebntirely 100% factual. No disrespect.

Yeah I know after three transmissions and u all sent me a bad check which is a crime by itself I am talking to someone bout the bad check and how did u all lose money? My transmission was under warranty and it still is so this week comeing up I will fill it up and try it out and if it don’t work guess u all will be paying more money cause it is still under warranty. And the people who did it last time was a business that do auto mechanic work so they know what that was doing so my thing is what r u all going to do bout the bad check or should I bring that up in the lawsuit to? Cause I had to pay a overdraft fee and a bounced check fee because of u all then every time I call all u all did was give me a run around bout everything and then u all tried to say Kevin no longer worked there when he was the one answering my phone calls and lying to me so I will post everyday. So I’m bout to pull this transmission out send it back and just have u all send me my refund for it and just go buy a good one that I will not have to deal with the bullsh•t like I have with this company.

We are sorry you feel that way Charlie. We did lose our you know whats in order to make this right. You have a good working product and are down the road. There is no guarantee whoever installed it or did labor possibly discovered another issue and corrected it. Either way we lost money to take care of you. Let's just be honest. I have a list of 14 people not including myself that still haven’t received there transmission or a refund. I’m trying to find a lawyer in Mi. to take on the case but I promise you these people are stealing 100s of thousands of dollars a year from people out of state and getting away with it. There’s a special place in hell for people that take advantage of people. Shame

I paid $1,299.00 for a rebuilt 4L80E…

I paid $1,299.00 for a rebuilt 4L80E transmission on 10/4/2020. Received paid invoice dated
10/12/2020. As of 2/18/2021 I have not received a transmission or a refund. I contacted A
Transmissions (Got All Auto Parts Inc) by phone and email and was told different reasons for the
delay. On 1/15/2021 I spoke with customer service on the phone and requested a refund and they
sent me a confirmation of that call and refund request to my email. I can provide proof of these
emails.
I called and talked to Kevin on Mon, 2/1/2021 and he told me he would get my transmission shipped
by the end of the week because I would get a transmission before I would get a refund.
As of 2/18/2021, I have not received a transmission or a refund. I have been trying to call for 4 days
with no answer from customer service.
I was able to get customer service on the phone on 2/22/2021, she said my refund was approved but
did not know why I had not received it. She said she would call me back that day. No Call.
I called on 2/23/2021 spoke with Keven Karwat who was talking to Jeff Madison while we were on the phone.
Jeff Madison agreed to send a refund check on Friday 2/26/2021. I received an email confirming this.
As of 3/12/2021 I have not received a refund.
