This shop has some really amazing clothes. I have ordered a few times now. The quality is good and the sizes are accurate. I've tried both the 24hr and 48hr delivery options and all arrived when expected. I sent them an email once about a question I had and they responded quickly with helpful information.

I’d give less than a star if i could.

I made a mistake on the shipping address (completely on me), but I contacted support within the hour to request a change or to cancel the order. They claim “7 days a week support”, so it shouldn’t be a problem. My first email and follow ups were all marked URGENT in the subject line. They didn’t respond for two days.

When they finally replied, they said the order had already shipped even though as of now, I still haven’t received a shipment confirmation. Even the tracking link still says « ready for processing ». When i said that it was highly unprofessional and that I still expected them to fix it, they just said it was done and they couldn’t do anything. When I requested a refund, they simply ghosted.
