Would recommend GPM Build very professional, very tidy and excellent job completed in the time scales given and to price given. Extension came out looking great and finishes are of a very high standard.
Guy and his team did a Kitchen side extension for us recently. I could not express how happy we are with the works carried out by GPM build. Guy and team was on site everyday from when the works started till completion. Communicated very well with us along every step and accommodated every changes and request we made along the line. Price was very competitive but did not compromise on quality at any stage. Guy and his team ensured the entire build was completed within the 12 week timeframe that was promised. Great team and would recommend their service without any hesitation.
We had a kitchen extension build in 2024. Guy and his team were on time and most importantly there every day, so that we could stick to the allocated time of 12 weeks.
We lived in the house with major building work and it all went to plan.
Guy and his team were flexible to adjust to any changes to our original plan. All extra costs were agreed and communicated well.
Happy to recommend Guy as a reliable builder.
Guy and his assistant Steve did a really great job extending our utility room and fitting a new kitchen. They were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Guy first did my loft conversion about 10 years ago. He did an amazing job! He advised on layout and size of windows, and the result was stunning! It is still my favourite floor in the house. He and his men were professional, tidy and polite. Since then Guy has done a number of smaller jobs for me - most recently replacing internal doors. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Guy and his team at GPM Build have done numerous jobs for me over the recent years. This has ranged from a loft extension to incorporate an additional bedroom and bathroom in my house, a renovated shower room and more cosmetic jobs such as alcove shelving and fitting an internal bespoke steel door.
All of these jobs have been done with absolute professionalism, delivered on time, notwithstanding supply that’s out of anyone’s control and always with courteous and friendly professionals, whatever their trade.
I have recommended Guy to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so in the safe knowledge that a very good job will be done.
