Wrong dress, wrong size. Took several weeks to get.

Orderer two items on June 30, 2026. First item was received July 15th. The second has not arrived. The item was incorrect and extremely poor quality. Despite their "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" on both the website and order confirmation, they will not let me know how to return the item except to threaten me with paying for overseas shipping to return. Again despite their own website police "Grace and Anna will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items." Yes, I have sent them photos.

In the process of returning dress. It is nothing like the picture on the model. The fabric is inferior and the style is different. No ruffles on sleeves, no fullness on the skirt. A total misrepresentation.

I have never been more disappointed. The product was made with cheap material, but the return process is really what bothered me. Perhaps there was some fine print I overlooked, but I was not prepared for an exorbitant return fee to cover the cost of shipping to “ an overseas warehouse”. The alternative is to accept a refund of 15%. I find this outrageous. I will donate these items to a local shelter ave never again buy from Anna and Grace.

The item was wrong color and too small. They offered for me to keep it and a 15% refund which is unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to arrive

I will never buy another product from this company. I looked everywhere in the order window to find out the fiber content and ended up relying on the quality of the photo. The fabric is cheap and shiny and unwearable in the climate where I live. Further, there was no indication that the product was being shipped from China making the 30 day, money back guarantee hilarious given that the buyer is responsible for the postage to send the items back.

I was offered a 15% reduction to make me 'happy,' and I'm still waiting to see it.

The dress is completely different from what was represented on line. I have sent photos to customer service to process a refund. Wish I could upload photos to show the poor quality.

Caution — don’t purchase anything from this company. My order looked nothing like the picture. Cheap fabric and small size that would fit a size 14 at least so I asked for a refund and to return the dress. Was offered a 15% refund because I would have to ship it back to China? Interesting since it looked like a United States company. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Took forever to receive over-priced, cheap looking clothes. They wanted a photo of items when I requested a refund, and offered me a thirty percent refund to avoid shipment back to China. I’m contacting my credit card company.

The dress they sent me had a head opening I couldn’t get my head through. When I tried to return it they would only give me back 30% of what I paid.

The material is something from outer space. Very cheaply made. From the pics on the site, it looks like it is linen or flax. It is shiny and very badly sewn together.

Zero stars! I purchased a dress and top. I should have known better.
First of all, the website does not tell you what fabrics the items are made of. They give no street address. It purports itself to be a US company with its .us web address and “ Miami beach” in the name. Neither item is something I would wear. The dress was very thin cotton. The short sleeves were so tight I almost couldn’t take it off without it ripping. I am not overweight. The top was shiny polyester (not cotton) and not exactly like the photo. There are no care labels in the garments. I emailed “Grace and Anna Miami Beach” to get return instructions and to be refunded. They asked for photos which I then provided. Then I was told I would need to mail it to their overseas warehouse so I should just keep the clothes and they would refund 15%. I kept emailing and their offer went to 30% and then to 50%. That was their ‘final offer’. Ridiculous. They insist that their return policy is that the customer pays return shipping (which I was fine with) but the policy does not tell you it’s got to be mailed OVERSEAS. I have notified my credit card and they are pursuing this as a deceptive business practice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought four blouses in late June 2026. Took roughly two weeks to arrive. The fabric doesn’t remotely resemble the catalog. Fit is very odd and unflattering. Requested a refund and as others have reported, was asked for photos of each item. Was offered a 15% refund and to keep the items. My purchase was $159, so no. They offered a 30% refund; I said no and asked for the return shipping information. This morning they asked again for photos! Sent again and will continue to pursue. Do not recommend buying from this company.

I placed my order a month ago. Within a few days I received an email that my order was shipped. The tracking platform does not appear to be one I have seen before making me question of it is even real. From there is seems to be stuck in transit with no updates in over a week. I have reached out to the company via email with no response.

I have been trying to return 2 items for over a week. Company will not advise me on the return address. PLAIN AND SIMPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Been trying to return my items because for the price they should be better quality fabric. I can't get anyone to respond. They just offer discounts and when I say I don't want a discount they ignore me. Save yourself the heartache, don't buy!!

Clothing represented on line from a Miami Beach store, Grace and Anna were extremely misleading and fraudulent. They do not honor their 30 day return policy. Fabric and construction of Items are VERY misrepresented. The day I received them I tried one of 4 I purchased. Fabric was very cheap, workmanship was a poor as I have ever seen with bulging unflattering seams making Item hang awkward. It took a very long time for them to arrive. I notified them the very next day That I was very unhappy with the products. They said I could only receive 15% back contrary to their advertised 30 day return policy. This fraudulent "Company" is represented as a Miami Beach store in both labeling and imagery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY!!!!" They are from China with no contact except email. I will be disputing this with my CC company and will continue until I get my money back.

The items were shipped were not what was advertised. It was difficult to reach the store and shipping took longer than was anticipated. The store is advertised as being in Miami, but it is clearly in China and the product was shipped from China.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My bank even sent me an alert about them when I ordered. Returns are strongly discouraged due toi overseas shipment. You are offered a refund of 15% instead. My other issues were: (1) The material looks like a knit or cotton blend. It isn't. It is an awful shiny satin-y material. (2) Notice you see no backs in the photos? The shirts have a single button with a elestic loop that is hard to secure. (3) The tunic was lovely in the photo, but is actually more of a smock. It has elastic under the bust so that I looked like a pregnant clown.
