Ordered the eye patches on the 11/05/26 received a email on the 29/05/26 to say my order has been shipped, I'm still waiting for it.
The customer service is diabolical, I have sent 3 emails and as of yet am still waiting for a response and from reading other reviews it happens alot. Not good enough Grace and Skin 😡
The eye patches are a game changer, I love the fact you can use them. I keep mine in the fridge

I ordered on the 4th June, it’s now the 8th July and still haven’t received my items, I have emailed them on 4 occasions now and still haven’t had a reply, I opened up a dispute with my bank and my bank have refunded me the money, today about 30 mins ago I’ve had a email with a tracking number, but when I track it with yodel, they still haven’t received it, please don’t waste ur money, this company are scummers!! Updated, received some patches today and they were good skin patches, NOT grace and skin!! No way of contacting this company,
Never received item. Completely ignored by customer 'support'
I really wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering! I also ordered from them and never received the item. I have emailed many times and never received a reply! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I received an email giving me a tracking number, I kept checking the Yodel tracking number getting a message stating
(Sorry, we can't find that parcel. Please try again)
I have sent 4 emails asking them if they could please chase this up for me, never getting a reply.
Then I received an email asking me to do a review, so again I sent another email explaining I hadn't received the items.
It’s a scam, they take your money and do not send you the product. They issued me with a fake tracking number and never responded to emails. Avoid this company.
Fake tracking number, product never arrived a month later, no point of contact emailed them several times. No response and no refund.
No matter how good the product is it’s taken 3 months to arrive !
Totally ignore any emails
Ordered eye patches on 7th May, product finally arrived on 29th May but in that time I contacted them 6 times for an update with no response. Got sent details of the tracking number but that wasn't recognised on the Yodel system, so I was surprised when the product did eventually turn up. Customer service and tracking information is terrible. This is the first and only time I would order from Grace and Skin.
Parcel didn't arrive and cannot get any reply from seller. The advert was on social media and when you search there is no page or group!

Total waste of time and money as didn't arrive Ordered 26th April, received tracking number, then nothing. Tried contacting yodel but they were told the parcel wasn't ready to send when they went to collect, and heard nothing since. Taking people's money and not providing anything for it. TOTAL SCAM
If I could give a minus score I would. Ordered from this 'company' and had a confirmation email. This was 2 weeks ago, despite emailing them via their website on 2 occasions, I have had no response and nothing has been shipped!! Avoid at all costs and don't waste your money. SCAM!!!
This company is a scam. There is no customer service, no responses to e mails and no delivery of any item purchased.
