Very good product, great price and shipped quickly. Email comms weren’t the best but they were easy to speak to on the phone and answered my query rapidly. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a monitor. Had some issues with paypal displaying on checkout (issue was at my end). Used chat service for assistance. Staff I communicated with were very helpful and even called me to help resolve situation.

Product arrived in good time, full delivery tracking and arrived when expected.

Product had slight defect. Contacted customer support email. Responded with offer to replace. Arranged to pick up original and replace at same time, on date of my choosing. This all happened within 48 hours of first contacting support. Customer Service excellent.

Not completely smooth sailing, would obviously prefer not to have had any issues. But, if something does go wrong, this was the way to correct it. So 5 stars. Would recommend and use again.
