We recieved our graduation gowns/caps/etc. With quality and excellent customer service.
We recieved our graduation gowns,caps,etc. And everything was made good quality. One gowns zipper broke immediately when opening it. This company was punctual with responses and fixed the problem immediately. I only bring this up not to point out the broken zipper, because sometimes stuff just happens. But with customer service being so horrible all over right now, I wanted to be sure that others choose them because the have both quality and great customer service. My kids will only graduate high school once and they made one of the steps anxiety free. Thank you.

We completely sympathize with not receiving merchandise on time, especially for a graduation ceremony. Your order came in after hours on Friday night Jan 17th. Therefore, we shipped it out on Monday Jan 20th. However, that was MLK holiday so the post office was not working until Tuesday 1/21. Your package was promptly delivered 4 days later on Friday 1/25. You chose the shipping method USPS Ground Advantage, which is the cheapest shipping method available and does not guarantee expedited delivery. With a tight deadline of 4 days until gradation, the only shipping method that could have reached on time would be FEDEX 3 day, 2 day or next day, which were offered at checkout. Again, we are sorry that it did not reach when you would have liked it to, but the delivery was actually on time for what was chosen.

I read many of the reviews before ordering. Concerning comments included a few on the quality of the fabric in the gown. I’ve worn many gowns in my academic career as a student and now Emeritus Professor. They’ve all been rented or purchased in bulk. I can assure you that the quality of the one that I purchased (item 1DX53) surpasses all those and exceeded my expectations.
