First time ever in this Grafton Barber and asked for a simple zero fade and to leave the length on top. The barber himself even looked at my hair and could see it had previously been cut with a mid fade and asked did I want the same, to which I said yes. Ended up coming out with a high fade crew cut which looked really bad. Little to no graduation with the clippers, just flew through it with clippers over comb technique. It was really rushed too, as I was only in the chair around 5-7 minutes. Poor finishing as well as there was still hair around the ears and just at the temple which I had to clean up myself.

The barber himself was pretty sound, but didn't come across as an experienced or confident barber, especially to be in the shop alone on a Saturday. I'd generally expect more professionalism and quality from The Grafton Barber, especially when charging €20 for a very basic haircut. Now I need to wait for it to grow back out to get it fixed so overall quite unhappy

Bought a voucher from the website for shampoo and cut and went to Adamstown branch, they stated hot water is not available. As stated in the voucher they haven't given any suggestion for the hair cut when I requested, He keeps saying as your wish. I got only the partial service, which I don't feel fair. Please state what you can offer, don't try to over quote the service

Never go to the place near Grand Canal, the guy there can't cut hair properly, doesn't listen, and has a real attitude problem.

Good Haircut and nice ambience

I had an awful experience bringing school child to this place. I was served by rude staff member who kept making offensive jokes and mocking my child when crying. I wonder are your Finglas Clearwater employees Garda vetted and aware of child protection policies. Disgraceful. Moreover, the seat was not cleaned after previous customer and a small boy left covered in somebody's else’s hair. Lack of professionalism and hygiene.Also, he was not happy because I paid by card. Zero response to complaint from head office. I will never be back.

What can we say about Grafton Barbers-Monika's and Vinil's team. Full of smiles and very welcoming. Will go out of their way to get you seated if needed. Our boys are 10 and 12. Monika's and Vinil team are so understanding of boys hair styles and always have our boys walking away happy. They provide excellent service for everyone with exceptional attention to detail. We love new location and we can't wait to come back.

Made absolute rubbish of my hair, its uneven! Not what I asked for, awful customer service.
