I have ordered from them three times but find the return process for unused wallpaper so long. When you phone two weeks after tracking them via DPD to ask if all is ok and you get told that they cannot confirm that it has delivered back to them and will get the refund when they get to it. Not a happy customer.

Saw your wallpaper at a Lowe’s and decided to check your website out for samples. Got a code for up to 3 samples but when my 3 samples were in the cart it was charging me for two of them. So I had to decide which one I wanted and used the code for that one. Would be nice if the code worked on the three samples as stated on email.

Easy to find and order a sample of wallpaper, have bought from Graham & Brown a few times and the quality of the paper is next to none which is why I came back for our next project

When I first logged onto your site you were offering free samples ... but I have had to pay £4.50 as it did not come up at checkout.

My Wallpaper installer found a flaw in the Wallpaper and so she cut it away and she did not save what she cut away and when we contacted Graham and Brown to ask them to provide a new panel for a mural, they refused, saying they needed the flawed product or photos of. My Wallpaper installer is very reputable. She has been installing Wallpaper for 30 years and every designer in Charlotte uses her so I trust her implicitly. I was not there that day and unfortunately I now have a 4 inch space behind a door that doesn't have a mural. I don't believe this is very good. Customer service and I won't ever purchase from them again and I promise she has told all the designers in Charlotte not to use them as well.

Ordering samples and using 3-5 day shipping with coupon code MOODBOARD kept on throwing up a shipping error when trying to process payments. This was trying to use debit card, Apple Pay and PayPal. All throw the same error. It was lucky I manually refreshed the whole pay page as I was just about to give up and I would not have tried again as I had gathered multiple wallpaper samples to help decide on a room choice. Nearly lost that bigger potential sale! I am using safari on iOS.
