Was incredibly difficult to get refund. Had a video of me opening box, the shoes were the wrong shoes (Jordan’s when I ordered Rick Owen’s), shoes were fakes of the wrong shoes (said Air Iordan), and the seller admitted in Grailed chat that he sent the wrong shoes — but still wasn’t able to get refund ($600!!!) for 3 months and only after dealing with 2 diff service dudes, response times of >1week average per, and being told I should imminently receive a refund only to have to reach out again after a month.

I ordered a pair of glasses on Grailed

I ordered a pair of glasses on Grailed, but unfortunately they arrived in worse condition than described in the listing. It was disappointing at first, but after reaching out to customer service, they eventually helped me resolve the issue. Even though the process took a while, I was able to return the item and received a full refund. In the end, the support team made sure the situation was handled properly.

Fredrick M. gave exceptional customer service! Got back to me within 24 hours and completely resolved my tracking number issue with one of my orders. As a relatively new Grailed seller, I was worried this process was going to take days and become a back and fourth with multiple support agents. Fredrick M got the job done quickly and exceptionally!

I recently had an issue with an order…

I recently had an issue with an order on Grailed that turned into a pretty stressful situation for me — the package was never delivered, the tracking wasn’t updating, and the seller stopped responding. I contacted Grailed support, and I’m genuinely impressed with how professionally and kindly they handled everything.

The support team was patient, attentive, and very responsive. They kept me updated throughout the process, reached out to the seller on my behalf, and when it became clear the seller wasn’t cooperating, they stepped in and resolved the situation quickly. They processed my refund without any hassle and explained every step clearly.

I especially want to highlight how supportive and understanding the team was, which made a difficult situation much easier.
Thank you for the excellent customer service — I truly appreciate it.

Tried multiple orders

I ordered boots once and tried to cancel the day after due to import chargers. The seller tried to cancel and he couldn’t. Support took 2-3 business days to reply to each email & don’t have a phone number. After frustration the seller sent the item anyway because he got tired of waiting, and Grailed ended up telling me much after the fact to try and return it. After having to pay import fees…

My 2nd order the seller was amazing and had flawless communication and transparency. Because of this I was positive that I made a mistake and Grailed is actually a good platform with good sellers.

So then I made a 3rd order for boots where the seller misrepresented the item. I took pictures immediately and I asked Grailed to help two weeks ago. Today they finally gave me a return label after sending them info a 2nd time — I already sent them pictures and an email detailing everything two weeks ago. Please use eBay & Poshmark instead. They’re always amazing with customer support.

Ich habe auf grailed einen Pullover…

Ich habe auf grailed einen Pullover gekauft. Der Verkäufer hat den Pullover geschickt allerdings hat das Tracking nicht funktioniert. und der Pullover stand eines Tages direkt vor der Tür. In der App stand es immer noch als nicht verschickt drin.
Ich habe Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen um Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass ich die Ware erhalten habe und Sie bitte das Geld dem Verkäufer geben. Ich habe inzwischen vier Mails geschrieben und immer nur automatisierte Antworten. Wir werden uns bald darum kümmern erhalten. Das passiert jetzt seit zehn Tagen und der Verkäufer wartet immer noch auf sein Geld.
Eine Unverschämtheit für den armen Verkäufer.

Gone downhill ..

I have been selling on the US site Grailed since 2017 ( I'm based in the UK) & sadly it seems to be in decline since being bought by The GOAT Group in 2022. While as an reputable seller I understand the changes they made to their payment plans to protect buyers from resellers who were selling items they didnt have in their possession or from flaky sellers who pocketed the money but took ages to post out the goods. The new tracking system does not recognise Courier services that are not USA based & therefore the tracking system does not update from "Ready to ship" to "Delivered" meaning you as the seller have to contact them to release monies owed to you. The Customer service has declined greatly, in the past queries were answered in 24 hours now you are lucky to get a repsonse in a week. Considering Grailed is a platform that charges to sell your items on & a "payment processing fee" for sending you the monies owed to you one would expect a far better service. It is now over a week since I requested payments for goods sold & have recieved no response from Customer service. This will be my last time selling thru Grailed .. Think twice before you sell or purchase here ...
