After a disappointing transaction with a different company I was still looking for a new mobility scooter for my wife, now an early birthday present not a Xmas present as originally intended. Browsing the internet I came across Grajmax Mobility. A family firm, established for about 15 years that seemed to get high ratings. On their website I found not one but two scooters of interest one, a Careco Aviator for my wife, the other a Kymco Maxer which seemed to be ideal for me. Enquiries by phone gave me all the information I wanted, I was impressed by the willingness to provide information and got the impression that this was a company that cared about their customers. I placed an order for both scooters on the 30th December 2024. They were delivered today, the 3rd January 2025, by the company owner himself as his usual courier was still on holiday. That was impressive. The scooters were exactly as described, immaculately presented and worked perfectly when test driven. All accessories were present and documentation was complete. We were assured that if there were any problems all we had to do was phone them. So far Grajmax have met or exceeded every promise and have two very happy customers. I think they can be highly recommended.

Couldn't fault the service at all. Great comms, rally helpful with questions, sorted all the DVLA paperwork and provided SAEs as well. Sylwester the courier messaged me frequently to let me know exactly when he was arriving down to the last 10 minutes.

I can't speak high enough of this man and wife team. My purchase and delivery experience has been amazing. So friendly and attentive. I would recommend Grajmax to anyone without any hesitation. Mainly used machines, but they take such care to source scooters that are in great condition, with hardly any mileage on the clock. As such, affordable and great value for money. UPDATE 1ST JANUARY 2025. I felt compelled to add an update. Gracjan and Marta are an amazing couple. I had an issue with range, and needed a range nearer to the manufacturer advertised range for the King Cobra. (Dog Walking). Gracjan came out to me and brought with him two top quality batteries at 600 quid the pair. He had fitted new batteries at point of sale, but these new ones were twice the price. He spent almost three hours with me. Carried out a full diagnostic and although found no faults he tweaked the controller sensitivity down from the manufacturer default level. The top quality batteries, combined with the tweak, made a massive difference to the range, which is now more than my dog walking needs. I offered to pay the difference but they refused. I can't thank them enough. I recommend Grajmax fully. Great scooters. Low milage. Great value. Unbelievable aftercare customer service. I'm a very happy person. Its my first scooter and its turned my life around. Thankyou again. Steve Lee

The gentleman that collected it was very polite and knowledgeable.

We found the advert of the mobility scooter and rang and enquired. We found the company to be very professional and helpful and put no pressure on a sale.

We purchased that evening on line and were contacted the next morning with a prompt delivery date.

Would absolutely recommend this company the scooter was exactly as described and the owners are above friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we would use again without doubt.
