Quick response and solution
I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response to my email. Unfortunately, the product I needed replaced was out of stock but I was offered a similar replacement. There was no hesitation or questions on their part. It was a seamless exchange.

Exemplary service
I emailed customer service to inquire about my order that I had not yet received. The response was prompt! However I received my order within an hour of sending the email. When I received a response, I notified them that I did get the order, and they responded very quickly again thanking me for letting them know. It's the little things, acknowledgment of a customer that reached out, a polite and prompt response, and the friendly customer service. I would recommend their product and service to anyone! Thank you

Terrible experience
Ordered Nov 22 and by Christmas, only received half the order for one of my gifts. Tracking didn't work. When I contacted customer service I at least received a reply. They said at one point it was in the warehouse and wouldn't be received in time for xmas. I went back and said I wanted the order canceled, and they came back and said it couldn't be canceled because it had "shipped". They need to be honest up front on their shipping timing... and that it will ship directly from China.

They are very very slow on processing…
They are very very slow on processing the order and ship it in a timely manner. I placed an order on 12/10 hopping to get it on time for Christmas and so far nothing. I reached out to their customer service and he said it's in queue at their warehouse and as of now still in queue. I guess I'm not getting it for Christmas so now I have to find another gift for that person. I guess when you get used to Amazon getting your items fast and now dealing with a company like this you will get hit with a reality check. Take your time shipping the items because people are not in a rush to get their items 🤣. You shouldn't get our money until the items is processed and shipped.

So far not happy.
I ordered a canister set and in the confirmation I received it said the order would take 3-5 days to process. Four weeks later and finding how to track this, it's coming from China. I don't have a problem with that but, you shouldn't say 3-5 days to process. I just hope when my purchase finally gets here all is intact and nothing is broken.

They shipped me baking storage containers that arrived in taped together boxes and were broken when I opened the box. I contacted them and was assured that a new order was being shipped. Over 6 weeks later and still no order received.
As a side note, if you happen to pay with PayPal, skip emailing the company and file a dispute immediately or else PayPal will deny the claim. Lesson learned.

I have ordered the 2 sets of the canisters and have been waiting 6 weeks. After reading the reviews I am extremely nervous that they will come broken. What the heck you would think with all the complaints about damaged goods they would do a better job with packing materials.
