I ordered Grandorf food for my puppy, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The package arrived in Vienna on the third day after I placed the order, which was much faster than expected.

Besides the fact that the food itself is high quality and excellent, I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. Everything was carefully packed into two boxes, very neat and secure. They also included a lovely gift — dog waste bags with a holder.

Another very thoughtful bonus was an extra pack of food with a shorter expiration date, but still more than enough time to use it properly (it is still valid for a little over a month). I really appreciated this gesture. Instead of simply discarding perfectly usable food, the company chose to give it to customers as a bonus. This is a big plus for the company — not only in terms of reducing waste and using resources responsibly, but also for building customer loyalty.

I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Op advies van de arts overgestapt op kittenvoer waar extra's in zit. Spannend want Isa is ook erg allergisch van van alles maar het kittenvoer lamb turkey pakt heel goed uit. En Isa is in een week al 130 gram aangekomen op een poesje van 3,4kg best veel, daar zijn we blij mee.
