Replaced two other tools I was paying for
I run a small bookkeeping business and PDF tools are part of my daily routine. I tried GrandPDF a few months ago when a client sent me a scanned contract I needed to edit. The OCR picked up the text well enough that I only had to fix a couple of words. Since then I have used it for converting Excel sheets to PDF, filling out tax forms, merging files before sending them to clients, and adding watermarks to drafts. It handles all of it without me needing to install anything on my computer, which matters because I work from different locations. The fillable forms section alone is a huge time saver. I found the W-2 and 1099-NEC templates right there ready to go. Customer support answered my question about billing within a reasonable time. Honestly this has replaced two other tools I was paying for separately.
