I contacted Grand Ranker after finding a few issues while auditing one of the articles created for my Shopify store. Leo personally investigated the article, confirmed two of the problems, and reported the generator issue to their engineering team so it could be corrected at the template level.

He also explained which parts were working properly and offered to investigate further if I found the remaining issues on a fresh article. I appreciate that he took my concerns seriously, gave me a clear answer, and worked with me instead of dismissing the problems. So far, their customer support has been responsive, honest, and helpful.

This company caused my website to fail, by adding fake bots to my page and 11,000 inflated bot traffic to my website causing a spike and the fast ranking and good income return is a lie! I have asked for a refund and shopify experts are trying to sort out the damage they have caused. I am so angry at the fake NEWS grabbers that are all over facebook when these SEO distort data and flag negativity with google! Causing a stoppage of sales to my site. I am so angry I was taken in by this, I have asked for a full refund for which I am being ignored!!
