I felt like I had to share this review because Granite House made what I imagined would be a complicated and stressful experience into an absolute breeze.

The entire experience from start to finish was incredible, the company is set out to deliver high end results and they delivered exactly that.

Bilal was incredible with the advice he offered to ensuring I got the result I wanted. He was the reason why I came back to Granite House and didn’t shop anywhere else after the initial visit.
He even went out of his way to show me the slab that I was going to have on his day off.

The templater Chris was extremely thorough and very patiently walked me through every detail to make sure it was perfect to the mm. Gabor assisted me with the final measurement stages to production and was incredibly helpful.

Granite House turned around my order in less than a week from point of confirming slab to install. That itself blew me away.

I have to say the installers Michael and Dan, the pair of them are hilarious and are extremely skilled, they delivered the promised end result.

I want to say a special thank you to both Bilal and Junaid, I was extremely well taken care of by the both of you and your team from beginning to end.

Richard Hall came to do a ‘plonk’ job to fit our windows sills, but found they weren’t quite fitting due to a ledge on the windows itself. Rather than trying to make it work, he returned the items to the factory to get them cut properly to fit. Richard was extremely diligent, wanted the job to be right, and came back the next day and made an excellent job of fitting them. Thank you!

The whole process from quote to installation was excellent and has transformed our kitchen. Arif was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn’t feel we needed to look elsewhere for a quote as we got the right vibes from him. We are now considering having our utility room done. Very tidy work and reliable

Had Granite house fit Quartz worktops as part of my new Kitchen.
No issues initially, fitters were great and looked as expected once fitted.
However soon after a hair line crack appeared in the quartz.
Engineer sent round who after bringing out a box of crayons insisted this was heat damage due to me putting down a hot pan. I knew this wasn't the case but it was my word vs his and his response was 'we are not doing anything about it and if you want to take it further you will need to take us to court'
As the brochure suggests you cant even put a hot cup of tea on the Quartz I didn't have a leg to stand on.
I have since found out the actual issue wasn't a hot pan (as they insisted) put the fact I have a Deep fat fryer which was occasionally used on their.
In Summary unless your Kitchen is purely for show, don't use the Quartz - pay for the more expensive options that wont crack under a small amount of heat.
I wouldn't use Granite house in the future either way as were not in any way prepared to help.
I appreciate there are lots of great reviews. This inst surprising as product looks great initially - its just not suited to a Kitchen you actually cook in.

I have dealt with Granite House on a personal level for my own kitchen and a professional level sourcing quartz for my own fitted kitchen customers. Their range of products is amazing. They are great to deal with either for large installations or small projects. Quotations are accurate, lasar templating and fabrication spot on, turnaround usually 7 days, any remedials dealt with immediately. Never let me down in over 15 years of dealing with them.

Mourad did an excellent job cleaning the spillage on the quartz worktops and island caused by the builders.
He was professional, knowledgeable and a very pleasant guy.

Danny and Elliot arrived prompt this morning to fit our quartz work tops. They were very pleasant and extremely through in their work.
They cleaned up after themselves and advised us on cleaning materials and how to take care of tops. A job well done .. thanks Sue and Paul

Danny and Elliot came to fit my granite work surface. They turn up on time and were professional through the fit. They told me how to look after the worktop and that it has 15 years warranty.
The service from choosing the work surface in Preston to the installation has been seamless. Fully recommended :)
