What an amazing transformation! Peter site visited and helped us decide on finish and sink. Then Bob visited to do templates. Bob then undertook installation, he is a perfectionist, great attention to detail. The total package and service has been excellent. We would highly recommend them.

The initial contact and kitchen review was very good. Pete came around and assessed and quoted for the replacement work tops. We were very happy with the professional and thorough service. Once this was complete, the granite fitter came around to template. This was our first contact with Bob. He was very friendly and thorough to make sure all of our needs were met, and explained the process.
Once this was done, the work tops were ready to be installed. We didn’t actually have any further contact from GT. I had to call Bob the night before to double check everything was ready to start the installation.

On installation day, Bob was early and then proceeded to get everything ready. Bob did not stop working until the job was complete, including well over 5 metres of work top and a replacement sink.
The quality of his work was second to none. I can’t even see the work to joints even knowing where they are.
At all stages, Bob ensured we were happy and totally understood every step being undertaken.
To have a workman in your house can often be difficult at times. To have Bob in your house is like having a friend around. Easy and good fun. A lovely man to have in your home. He was totally conscientious and considerate leaving the place immaculate. An absolute asset to the company.
I would whole heartedly recommend Granite Transformations to anyone considering getting their worktops replaced/refurbished.
We feel like our kitchen is now on another level quality wise.

From our intitial vist to the showroom, through the follow up visit, the templating and the fitting itself, everyone and everything was efficient, capable and easy to deal with. We are more than pleased with the new work tops. And for what we have the price was quite acceptable. Highly recommended.

From the first tentative steps to completion of kitchen worktop it went like clockwork. Had advice and ideas along the way with suggestions that were most helpful. Worktop fitted as requested and end result is still a delight, must also mention Alex (kitchen fitter) who did a superb job. Would have no reservations in recommending this company.

The fitter, Bob took great care to produce a first-class finish to the worktops. You cannot see the joints. He was very polite and cleaned up after him leaving the area spotless. He is a credit to Granite Transformations.

The new granite overlay worktops and upstands have transformed my kitchen. With absolute minimum disruption and in under two days the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The fitter, Alex was one of the most efficient and conscientious workman I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanx Granite Transformations and Alex!

You will not be disappointed if you choose this company. From start to finish a professional service. From Peter’s initial visit to the very highly skilled Bob who took the templates and subsequently fitted our worktops, he really is a master at his craft. The finish is way beyond our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I used Granite Transformations in Cambridge (Trumpington). The quality of the work was superb and the day of the installation went perfectly with the installer staying late to make sure it was finished in one day. A great service and so much easier and cheaper than putting in new worktops from scratch. I would fully recommend doing this in your kitchen.

From the moment we visited the Cambridge showroom we were impressed. This continued when Peter visited us for a quotation. The price was competitive but the service and professionalism far exceeded any other companies we contacted. The level of communication following our acceptance and prior to installation of our Granite overlays was excellent. On the day Bob delivered a very experienced job and could not have been more helpful and informative. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We changed all our door fronts, and Henry did a lovely job and I am sure he adjusted all our cupboards and drawers as they close better than they did before, Henry is a very friendly and polite man, and left our kitchen nice and clean...

When we decided to update our kitchen we decided primarily to use Granite transformations due to it's closeness to our home.We also researched on their website and were impressed by the worktop product .We visited the showroom in Cambridge to see the full range of colours etc. in a kitchen setting. Christian in the showroom was very helpful explaining how the product would be supplied and fitted He also gave us a rough estimate of the cost based on our requirements and booked our initial appointment . This was completed very soon after our showroom visit . Peter arrived on time and explained in more detail the process . He made initial measurements and discussed our wishes for worktop , upstand , hob splashback and window sill . We had a new hob , sink and tap supplied by ourselves and the fitting of those items was included in the cost.As we were out of the country for 10 days at the end of the following week , he arranged for a visit to create a template for the work before that . He took a deposit of 10% of the total cost , which was within the rough quote we had received at the showroom. Bob came just prior to us being away and completed the template .He was very thorough and assured our wishes were fully complied with . We paid a further 50% at this time and our fitting date was confirmed 2 days after our return . Bob arrived early that day and worked until late afternoon fitting the all the new granite coverings , new sink , tap and hob . The end result exceeded our expectations , the whole process completed from start to finish in around 3 weeks . The day after the fitting we paid the final balance .The kitchen is totally transformed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
