From the start the customer service was excellent.Kept informed right the through the process.On the day of fitting spoke to Peter about the job and he put my mind at rest with the queries I had.Good work,professional and finished to a high standard.New Franke sink,new Bosch induction hob.Looks like a new kitchen and one of my queries re;the mastic joints,exceeded my expectations.Nice neat work,precisely executed.I’m a happy man.Tips on maintenance from Peter,enquiries from their office asking if we’re happy,oh yes and three days later a very nice bouquet of flowers thanking us for being a customer.This is old school service which I love.They should be in business for a very long time.

From the friendly and helpful showroom staff, the visit from Tracey the representative who gave very good advice, to Peter the fitter who made such a wonderful job of the installation - we have been very impressed with this company. Throughout the whole experience we have received friendliness, courtesy and professionalism - not to mention how this product has completely transformed the look of our kitchen. Job more than well done.
We had all our kitchen cabinet doors renewed along with kickboards and all finishing. The man John who worked solid for three days did an amazing job. My kitchen looks like new. I would definitely recommend this team.

I am delighted with my kitchen transformation with Trend. Both my worktop fitter Peter Harvey and Cabinet installer John Alderich were fantastic both explained everything and kept me up to date. They were very skilled and knew their trade and produced a very professional finish. Thank you for my wonderful new kitchen!

When the fitter arrived he introduced himself as Peter Harvey, a very pleasant soul, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable.
Trend transformations on a whole is a very professional company from the start to finish beginning with the lady in the showroom Louise and a consultant Tracy to advise and measure up for which was an agreeable price for the high bespoke quality of the counter tops, which i'm delighted with, my kitchen has been transformed!
very pleasant and helpful.

I am very pleased with the job that our…
I am very pleased with the job that our fitter did, he was very professional and very meticulous to detail, excellent job.
The only thing that let the company down was when the template was fitted the engineer turned up 4 hours before he was due and I had to send him away.
On the day of fitting the gas fitter did not arrive, at the time he was due , and so I had to call to see what had happened.
I was told that he was on his way but had to drop his son off at school, 10 mins later I then had a call to say he was not coming as his son was ill, and that that they would try to find another gas fitter, which did not give me a lot of confidence.
In the end they found a gas fitter.
I think that it would have been best practice to have sent an e-mail the night before the job was due to confirm timings that engineers were arriving on the day.
But after a bad start our Engineer that fitted the work top was excellent and I am very pleased with the job he did

Based on your feedback, we have now initiated a number of new operational procedures to ensure that future customers are kept will informed of the time range in which our installation specialists will arrive. These include;
1. Initial Order Confirmation Letter; to outline the exact date/time of the template
2. A text, which is sent one week in advance of both the template and installation
Furthermore, we have tightened up communication procedures with our gas safe engineers to make sure this does not reoccur.
Thanks for the lovely feedback regarding Peter, our installation specialist, we will certainly pass on your positive comments. He will be thrilled!

New worktop overlay.
Very good customer service, we did have a problem with our sink but it was rectified the next day. We are very pleased with our new worktop and sink. We would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish Trend were brilliant - the staff were polite and professional, from the office staff to the fitters nothing was too much. I would definitely recommend this company. The product is fantastic too.

Peter who fitted my new granite work top worked with great attention to detail. I was really thrilled by the makeover this gave to my kitchen. Peter explained exactly how to care for it. Best experience
From first speaking to the sales lady's in Hiller garden centre,to Tracy coming straight to our home to give us an estimate. The men who came to make the template to the fitting by Paul. It was all handled very professionally and we where kept up to date all the way through. We are over the moon with the result, did not expect it to transform our kitchen as it has. Looks like a new kitchen.
We decided on Trend Transformations because of the sustainable ways of working. Not having to remove and dispose of an old work top. I was really impressed by the quality of the work tops and the vast choice of colours and finishes. All the staff I have dealt with st Trend, starting with the lovely lady at the the showroom at Hilliard in Eastbourne, to Tracey ( sales rep) , customer service and the technical staff / fitters were extremely professional and informative. It really has transformed our kitchen, look like new. You would never know the old one is sitting beneath it, very clever.
