Every stage of the makeover was handled professionally and the workman were very understanding when I suffered a bereavement during the process.

My granite transformations etherium worktop, installed in October 2021, developed 6 chips along one edge over a period of around 6 months. I could think of nothing which could have caused this, I asked about a repair, from the Derby office, who were our installers, I was asked to send photos and was told that this "look like chips due to damage, i.e. a pan catching the edge etc. so that's not covered on the warranty." I insisted that this was not the case and submitted a poor review to Trustpilot. At that point the office changed its mind and today the repair has been expertly done by Gary at no charge. After nearly 5 years of use, these worktops look brand new.

Just recently had this company fit our new granite countertops and sink. The whole process from choosing the products to the final finishing was so easy and enjoyable. The quality of service was second to none. Also thanks to Tom for his skilful workmanship, our kitchen is so beautiful. Thank you all.

Initially the first visit to the showroom where all our questions were answered quickly and honestly, to the home visit to make the templates and finally the expertise and professional skills of their fitter. We recently had our kitchen renovated with new worktop overlays and upstands. I dealt with Richard and found him really helpful with honest advice and great suggestions. The service was always professional and friendly. To say we are delighted with the result is an understatement. The work has transformed what was a dark galley kitchen into somewhere bright and far more practical. I couldn't recommend Richard and Trend Transformations enough.

From start to finish a professional company, both of the fitters, Danny and Les were very experienced and extremely competent, clean and tidy. Work surfaces are brilliant and have changed our kitchen perfectly. The overall cost was much cheaper than replacing the work surfaces.

Richard from the Banbridge showroom was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship and materials are first class. Richard was a very conscientious worker and I was confident in his skill. Would highly recommend.

The 3 guys who did the measurements, plumbing & Fitting were friendly, punctual & tidy.
Nothing was too much trouble & it was a pleasure having experienced workman carry out the improvements in our kitchen. We are very pleased with results.
