Excellent friendly service with no sales push whatsoever; very high quality stone (we bought Calcutta Oro) supplied and installed. Slight delays in installation as they rely on local installers. The installation company was really knowledgeable, and insisted with our (sadly) dodgy builders who were also in charge of kitchen installation, to reinforce certain areas to protect the stone. Price was reasonable and compared well with local suppliers.

Granite Zone gave me a really competitive quote. They were realistic about the lead time to supply and fit the work tops and they used a local surveyor to accurately measure my kitchen and check that the design would be viable before GZ committed to manufacture. The fitters did an excellent job on the day and were helpful / patient with me whilst I installed my new tap through the new worktop.

Very professional from start to finish. Excellent quality and great communication during the process. The team went the extra mile when we decided last minute to have the window sill done as well. They ensured no extra charges apply(no additional slab used). We've been even offered an upgrade at no cost which was more than welcomed. Wholeheartedly recommended!

I found the sales representative very helpful and not pushy like many other worktop firms. It was an easy process to order, received samples to help me choose, and really please with the quality and fitting of the quartz. Would recommend!

It's been a year since we visited granite zone so can't remember names. I do remember how helpful and patient he was when we looking around and asking questions. Buying direct from them saved me £2000+. A professional company who take pride in their work. Would highly recommend and if I move and need a new kitchen I'll be visiting these guys again.

Helpful and swift at initial contact, samples sent same day. Prices compared with other retailers. On site surveyor was polite, questioned and advised. Had a delay on day of fitting appointment but rescheduled for following day, all fitted perfectly and looked lovely. Would recommend.

Dreadful service. First problem was incorrect measurements for work top.
When we complained we were met with an attitude of complete contempt for our issue.
We really wanted to do more work with granite zone but sadly the way we were treated this won’t be possible,

Worktops fitted and look great! There was an issue with how the worktops were originally measured, but that was put right fairly quickly and without much fuss.

My worktops have been installed over 6 months now. Granite zone were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Showroom experience was great, no pressure on selling, installers were professional and friendly and gave me good advice on care. I absolutely love my worktops and they've made my kitchen look fantastic. Well done granite zone 😀👍
