This is another lousy APP I bought from this site. It doesn't give good results.
You never resolved my issue from JULY when I contacted you about the horrible, "40 Beauty Retouch Lightroom Presets" and then I accidentally purchased from you again, the 'Double Exposure" action which is another dud. I don't want an exchange. I want a refund. For both items. I will no longer do ANY business with you and at this rate, I will be sure my network of 85,000 creatives avoid your company as well. I have emails from July. You responded once and then ignored!

As far I can see, you have brought other actions too. I guess they are fine. We always sell the service that worths the money. We launch many discount campaigns also. If you feel that you are not satisfied with any package, You can ask for an exchange that has the same value as previous. For the July issue, we didn't get any specific elaboration about the issue that was it was queued. Feel free to contact our support team.
