Where do I start!?
Where do I start? I ordered an Argentina soccer outfit almost 4 weeks ago hoping it would come before the World Cup ended. I have been checking the status on my order and it still says awaiting shipment. I contacted customer service and they said they will make sure to expedite the shipping and it will be processed the next day. I kept checking every day and still said awaiting shipment. So then I asked for a refund seeing as I wasn’t going to get it before the World Cup ended and I never heard back from them. So now I opened an inquiry with my bank to get refunded. Not to mention when I was on the checkout page, the total amount came to $54. When I checked the amount that was charged to my credit card it was nearly double the amount.Customer support sucks. The warehouse that they ship from has incompetent workers. And I don’t know if this is a scam to be honest. I’ve worked in clothing warehouses before and it doesn’t take four weeks to package and ship an item. But even so, when someone asks for a refund for a package that didn’t even leave the facility they should be allowed to get that refund and not be left on read like a immature teenager would do.
