Used this along with some kidneys to make steak and kidney pie, then the rest for some beef stew. Taste was great, but I found the fat content higher than what I find locally and some of it didn't "cook out" and become tender like it usually does for stew.

I have been a customer for a long time and started out buying liverwurst Whether liverwurst or chuck roast they are the best. Now that I am retired I look for them to be on sale.
