I never use any other kind of grass fed beef roast. Wellness Meats chuck roast are perfect every time and always have excellent flavor. Also they are great value compared to other organic grass fed beef and they’re shipping is very reasonable.

Very, very good and the perfect size for most recipes out there. The flavor and texture is great and not having a massive amount of fat floating on top of my pot roast is such a bonus.
Unfortunately we were terribly disappointed in the quality of this product. It was tough even though we cooked it in the pressure cooker and didn’t taste or have the texture of a chuck roast at all. We still have two more in the freezer and I’m hoping it was just a quirk that the first one was so bad. I’m so disappointed.

We love US Wellness chuck roast but it usually has too much fat. When I remove all the excess fat, there isn't much roast left. At $28 per roast that's a big waste of money!

I buy this because it tastes great and fits my budget. I actually divide it into 6 approximately 8-ounce steaks and refreeze.
Got mine 8 to 9 bucks per pound, good price.
