Beef Tenderloin Kabobs are cut into bite-size pieces of Tenderloin Filet for dining delicacy. Add your favorite vegetables, skewer, and enjoy. Or use as delicious upgrade to stir fry and stew. This is the most economical method for purchasing Tenderloin Filet with at least a 50% savings on a cost per pound basis. Each package contains 1 pound of cubed Beef Tenderloin Kabob pieces. (Vegetables and skewers are not included, beef kabobs is cut in various sized portions) US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. US Wellness Meats is currently sourcing this cut from Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. These were tender and delicious and very high quality. I didn’t make kabobs but instead did an Indian curry. Big hit! Just be sure to use coconut or avocado oil and not the ubiquitous toxic “vegetable oil” usually recommended and guaranteed to ruin the beef, your brain and your health.

These are a good choice to throw in the crock pot with some veggies but I wouldn't consider them kabobs as they are all different sizes and thicknesses. Slow cooking them also provides a nice tender bite. Can't say how they'd be grilled as kabobs because I haven't used as such.
