Why the Bison price has sky rocketed, not sure. But the product meets and exceeds all expectations.

Very well packaged and delivered! The ground bison is very lean and exactly what I was looking for. The taste and quality of the meat is the best. A huge difference from our local supermarkets that only carry grain finished bison which to my mind ruins the nutritional value and flavor. We only eat 100% grass fed meats and while this is only a bit more expensive it’s absolutely worth it.

Better than burger. Can use in replacement if beef hamburger in recipes!

Fresh, clean, and excellent speed of delivery! The is my son's favorite.
This was something different for us. I think it is really good, a bit leaner than ground beef but just as tasty.
So goid! We made bison meatloaf with it and it it was a hit.
We've Bison fans for many ears. Good as always!
Not the best tasting. Too lean.
