The course was really clear and easy to navigate. We had an issue with a member of staff not receiving their login details and the customer service was excellent, the issue was resolved really quickly.

This website is a scam.
This website is a scam.. and funny enough they pretend to train people about security and data protection...
They dont offer the minimal funcionality to their own clients.. what a stupid website..
After i just wanted to buy the ISO standard, i had to enter my credit card details and payment didnt work..
then i wanted to remove my credit card details from this shady website, but no such option was available..
I went then to talk with the useless chatbot that was supposed to help me and after it asked about my email the bot got stuck and didnt respond anymore..
no way this scam can be a legit place for standards :O

An OK course with a silly quiz at the end.
I attended the Cyber Security - Governance Foundation course. It covered 5 modules and I liked the fact you could download the course material beforehand and use it during the sessions to make notes. The participants were very quiet and/or reluctant to ask questions and so it appeared that we were looking at someone who was reading off a script although Andy did prompt the group to engage with him after the completion of each module. One of the issues I think is that because there is an exam or 'quiz' this introduces a level of unnecessary stress for participants and is a throw-back to school days rather than a reflection of the world of work. The 'quiz' itself was a mix of obvious answers and tricky ones - all totally irrelevant as no sooner was the 'quiz' over that all the information forgotten. In the 'real' world, experience and research are the tools of learning - not jumping through artificial hoops to give the appearance of knowledge or competence. If the quiz was at least open book then this would allow the participants to be a bit more relaxed and potentially engage more during the course.

IT Governance is great
IT Governance is a really simple, easy to navigate and helpful provider. I have done several exams through them now and have felt confident and fully aware each time of what is required of me. They're also fairly priced.

Not worth the money
Access to the CISA course materials and the details on the exam was very well organised but the course itself was very poor. The training course only managed to cover four of the five modules, leaving the 5th most complex module unfinished. The pacing was completely off and the number of slides to get through each day was unachievable. While the teacher was nice he spent far too much time talking about himself, the other courses to take, didn't listen to questions, and couldn't answer them concisely. I will not use IT Governance again or put my team through the course.

GDPR Foundation & Practitioner Courses
The GDPR Foundation course was fast paced and informative, whilst the GDPR Practitioner course was intensive but with lots of opportunities to ask questions and have group discussions. The course material provided is very insightful and is a valuable resource. Both courses were delivered brilliantly by Matt, who gave great examples to aid understanding of the more complex parts of the GDPR.

Excellent UK GDPR course
Extremely well rounded GDPR course that explains the requirements of GDPR in practice for SME's. The foundation course was extremely fast paced with the practitioners course delving into the details. Matt's was an excellent tutor, with vast knowledge of the law itself and lots of examples and case studies but provided plenty of time to ask questions and get a discussion going even though we were all remote attendees.
