Foundation & Practitioner
Foundation (Matt) followed by Practitioner (Andy) in the one week. The knowledge and guidance given by both was great. Really appreciate the time Andy took to relate items to my industry (travel). Its a hard going course but well worth it. I have come away with lots to do.

Would recommend for all those handling personal data
Fantastic coverage of the GDPR, led by a very knowledgeable instructor who could provide real life examples to contextualise the theory. The course was well structured, but be warned - its a lot of information for one day. Im sure it will take a couple of days of private recap over the excellent materials provided to cement this learning.

Our business needed a course that…
Our business needed a course that related to safely sending and receiving emails as this is the highest form of data breach and cyber security risk. This was the only course online that we could find and it has some very useful tips, even for experienced staff.

A pleasure to learn from
Any course delivered by IT Governance is a pleasure to attend. All the staff are fantastic - from enrollment all the way through to completion. A great experience
The communication and learning materials provided prior to the course was a great starting point and helped a lot in preparing for the 1 day session. Andy (trainer) was incredibly knowledgeable and provided lots of opportunities for questions. He often went out of his way to provide additional information during break out periods. All in all, the session was great and all material covered more than enough to sit and pass the exam.

Overall a good experience
The process of booking the exam was quick and easy, and actually ensuring my laptop met the requirements and sitting the exam was straightforward. The only improvement I think that could be made is communication of when the actual exam voucher and booking instructions are received following payment. Other than that, it was a very straightforward and easy process. The certificate arrived incredibly fast after successfully passing the exam.

IT Governance - CE Plus
We have been using IT Governance for over 5 years now for our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation and the service has always been faultless. Based on several of your other negative reviews left by your business to our company profile, we can see that all of the multiple reviews you have left are deliberately malicious. You are clearly a competitor and have used our Trustpilot listing (which we are rated very highly at 4.6 on) as a channel to attack us. Our toolkits have been successfully used by thousands of organisations for over 15 years, and we wholeheartedly disagree with your comments.
