Honestly after being rejected a few times finally got a track that landed and that feels SO good. Makes me think these guys are legit cause even this latest one I was like SURELY it’ll land, and it did. Appreciate they are always honest with any feedback and also when it’s good it goes into serious consideration. Bless guys

Quick decline…can’t be many curators in their network & the ones they have are primarily YouTube vs Spotify. Beware. “Keep doing what you are doing, and we will be happy to listen to more music from you. Sadly, we don’t think this is the right track for us at the moment, and we will have to decline. We are continually adding more playlists to our roster and engaging with new curators.” Update: reached out after their response and have heard nothing.

total scam. never use this platform ever again

A scam. To send a lot of newsletter, they're pretty good at it. But to find one playlist for my music, they were pitiful. I ask why, they said, my music is not that good. Bruh, I had more than 20 playlists entries by myself for the same song when I try this solution. I DO NOT recommend

GreaseRelease exceeded my expectations. I submitted one of my indie pop tracks and was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded. Not only did they accept my song, but they added it to a real, curated playlist without any delays. The professionalism and transparency throughout the process was refreshing. Unlike other services I've tried, this actually feels legitimate. My track is now on "one POPsicle please" and I'm confident in recommending GreaseRelease to any independent artist looking for real playlist placements. Highly recommended!"

Super easy, with instant impact.

My song which has had previous numerous playlistings and for which I've had no previous negative feedback, I sent to Greaserelease as a 'test' to see how reliable a service it might be........The email response was full of glowing comments initially, until the 'however' part and they admitted they don't (at the time of writing) have playlists to accommodate a 'slow paced' song (despite the song being 122 BPM - typically classified as a moderate-to-fast, energetic tempo, often described as Allegro (fast, quick, and bright). On the plus side, Tushar and the team were very courteous, offering a 50% refund which I have accepted. So this review which was originally 1 star has now been upgraded to 3 stars to reflect the more positive outcome.

A very easy process. We like to test the water with any new promo company we use, so we tried the one track playlist option for 19 dollars. After a few days we received an email to show the track is now on a large, genre specific playlist. The playlist has an average rating and is at least regularly updated and has an organic, real following, so should get us a few streams. I think bang for buck, this is ok. Will investigate a bigger, more strategy driven campaign with Greaserelease.

Grease Release is a good playlisting service, their process is simple & clear, and the results have been good so far. I'm able to track the progress on the playlists through my Spotify for Artists platform. Writing this a month after my tracks were added to the playlists. Looking forward to sending them more tracks, definitely worth a try. :)

The songs were placed in playlists for many followers, but there are very few active listeners. In the end, no significant streams were generated.

The service seems to be a scam. They sent an email trying to justify doing nothing with my song. I don't recommend this service to anyone.

Greaserelease has some of the most impactful curators of all promotion sites - It really has made a huge difference to my Spotify stats.

YAY, I was placed on a place list which was a beautiful surprise. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. I will be submitting my futures songs as well. I do think it would be really cool to get feedback for the songs placed as well so that I know why my song was placed and what they liked about it. Feedback is invaluable. If you’re hesitant to submit don’t be :)

Greaserelease has done a great job of helping me get plays on Spotify. I typically get a decent amount of plays and even some saves. It's a good price for what you get.

I do like the company overall and appreciate the opportunity and honest feedback. I wish however, that the company would examine the submitted tracks and submit them to the Playlists that best fit the vibe of the song so that there is a higher chance of acceptance during submissions.

Having signed up to their promotional newsletter, GreaseRelease had sent me some honest and useful messages about the general nature of seeking Spotify playlists and I decided to give them a try to see what they were like themselves. It is the first time I had used the services of an actual company for such a purpose and I decided to submit five GM Jon songs. The process was very simple online - just answering a few questions and giving the link to the songs on Spotify. Not having a lot of spare time, this was a considerable benefit. The website promised feedback within a week and just short of a week the feedback did indeed come. They had liked all the songs, two were politely declined with some explanation and three have been placed on playlists. One of the playlists had over 70,000 likes and I was hoping it would generate a lot of listens. So far the numbers have been lower than I expected, but it is still a useful way to get some new people to hear your music. I say below expectation since I had been listed previously on a list with less likes that had generated more listens per day - I guess it is something to do with how many active listeners the playlists enjoy.
Anyway overall GreaserRelease provides a good and friendly service. They genuinely listen to your music and if it is good it will get a positive response. I intend to use them again. Jonathan Levitt (GM Jon)
