I subscribed but didn't like the app. I tried to cancel but something went wrong. After more then half a year I found out the money was taken every month from my account. I wrote the costumers services and hoped to get a refund. I even explained them my personal situation without work and without help from anyone or anything. They apologise but will not give anything back. They do not care about people there lifes getting destroyed. I can not even afford to go to the doctor to get a treatment that I need but I did put all my money in this company without noticing. I'm very sad and feel devastated

I have tried for several weeks to cancel my subscription. I have filled out forms for both refund and cancellation. Not only did they disregard my requests but their email address is bogus. All that does is gets your email sent back to you with a note saying that your email is undeliverable. So there's really no way to contact the company besides the request forms which they do not honor.

The worst app ever
The worst app ever. Do not subscribe, I ve benn trying months t cut the subscription and does n t communicate with me. Do yourself a favour, don t be involved with this scum. I t is a nightmare for me with bank and lost money.

I have been charged as a subscription I know nothing about. August 11th $15.19 September 8th $38.95 same for October 6 and November 3rd. I don’t know what it is….Deducting as a subscription. Over $130 dollars down the drain.

Amazing customer service and good pricing on app marketing
Hey folks - I am an indie developer. Looking around for a long time to try to market my app (will not post the name for free plug). GreatApps.com were awesome. Got someone on the phone and answered my questions, app is doing well.
Nice to have a company that answers their phone and does what they advertise.
