Words cannot describe how much we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Greece, thanks to Marianna Loupou and Greece Insiders.  The itinerary Marianna curated for us was beyond our dreams.  It was simply perfect and made us feel so special!
Everything -- from the drivers, the luxury vehicles, the selection of locations we visited, the choice of hotels, the amazing and unique experiences crafted for us, and the friendly, expert guides -- it was all so "top shelf" and perfect!!
Just an unforgettable trip, thanks to Marianna!  Thank you Greece Insiders for creating something that we will cherish forever!!

Thanos was amazing! The experiences he set up for us made us feel like VIP's. He was able to pivot and help us when there was an issue with one of the ferries. I felt like I could reach out any time. Everything was perfect! While Greece still would have been an amazing trip without him, he took all the pressure off me to organize things and allowed for a truly relaxing and epic time. I can't thank him enough!

We had a wonderful trip to Athens in 2025 curated by Greece Insiders and were thrilled to learn that they also plan trips to Italy. We worked with them again to plan a 7 day visit to Rome in late-May 2026 for our family of 4 (including 2 elementary school kids). They helped us plan a week of adventure with memorable guided tours throughout Rome that were the right fit for our family, as well as a day trip to Pompeii. They also secured our hotel accommodations, which were excellent! We have now had TWO fantastic family trips thanks to Greece Insiders that we will all cherish for years to come. I can't recommend them enough!

We just returned from 2 weeks traveling in Greece. We had a fantastic trip.

We worked very closely with Julia Kornilaki and the Greek Insiders Agency. Julia did a fantastic job.

Over the course of 6+ months of planning we stressed our strong desire to have experienced guides, and five-star accommodations. We visited Athens, Crete, Santorini and Mykonos. We are fascinated with Greek history and mythology and our guides were fantastic. The same for our accommodations.

Julia was in constant contact with us throughout our trip. We have traveled globally for the past 15 years. Julia and the Greek Insiders Agency were fantastic. we highly, highly recommend Julia and her agency for any luxury Greece travel.

My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful 2-week Greek vacation planned by Barbara Galifou from Greece Insiders. She meticulously took care of every detail for us, making it a memorable experience. Barbara was readily available for any questions and/or changes in the itinerary. One time when, due to weather, our ferry was canceled, she was able to find us a superb Greek cooking lesson at the last moment. I highly recommend Barbara and Greece Insiders!

(One word of caution - the hotels in Fira with caldera view are not very handicapped-friendly. Please keep this in mind if you are handicapped od have mobility issues.)

We had the pleasure of working with Marianna. We informed her of what we were looking for and she delivered exactly what we had envisioned. From the hotels, to the convenience of having transportation provided, and all of the tours set up and planned, we couldn't have asked for more. We were able to relax and have a stress free, amazing honeymoon, because of the work she did. I highly recommend Marianna if you are going to Greece for the first time. It can be a very confusing and frustrating place if the little things aren't taking care of for you.

Barbara was wonderful! She made our Greek adventure memorable. She went out of her way to make sure everything was seamless.

This was our first trip to Greece. We landed in Athens and toured the Acropolis and went to the museum as well, which was fantastic and informative as were all the museums we visited. Then we flew to Crete spent the next nine days in Chania, Rethymnon and Elroundi. The Cretians are wonderful hosts. Panagis planned our day trips with rest days in between. Our tour guides and drivers were prompt and friendly. Beaches were delightful. Great trip !!

Insider Athens planned an amazing 2-week trip to Greece for my husband and me! They provided a custom itinerary that met our exact interests and priorities, including having tours and activities focused on history, mythology, culture, and food. They also removed the typical friction and stress associated with travel by selecting great hotels, providing restaurant recommendations, and setting up transportation. They provided great information on places to check out including common sites and lesser known spots. They also developed an itinerary that had many great activities, but wasn't overly packed so were able to enjoy ourselves and relax a bit.

A few of our highlights were a private tour of the Acropolis and Parthenon, a private tour of the Palace of Knossos, a food tour in Chania, and walking around Athens on our first day and just experiencing how the modern and ancient co-exist.

Our trip included about 5 days in Athens, 5 days in Crete, and a 4-day mainland tour. We had originally looked for small group tours but did not find an option that fit our priorities. Insider Athens developed a custom itinerary that led to an amazing vacation. Thank you to Anna for all your help in planning and providing real-time support when we were in Greece!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Marianna at Greece Insiders. Not only did she plan a wonderful vacation for my family, but once we were in Greece and actually on the vacation, Marianne was always available via WhatsApp in case I had questions or needed a last minute change. This is the first time that traveling as a solo parent with two kids actually felt like a bona fide vacation. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!

Barbara did a wonderful job of planning accommodations and activities that met the requests of our family. She was readily available to answer questions and make changes as requested. They went above and beyond to anticipate needs and adjust itinerary to maximize good weather and make the most of rainy days. The guides and drivers they work with were very hospitable and full of knowledge and suggestions to make the most of our visit. Wish she could plan all of our vacations!!!!

We traveled to Greece in January 2026, and our trip was organized by Barbara from Greece Insiders. She was exceptional—thorough, meticulous in her planning, and attentive to every detail. The entire trip was tailored perfectly to our needs. Alex (Chania), Erini (Athens), Penny (Delphi), and Panos (Santorini) were all outstanding. Panos, in particular, went out of his way to show us even more attractions than originally planned.Transportation: All vehicles were comfortable, and the drivers were always punctual, often pointing out important landmarks along the way. Janus (Athens) was especially kind and helpful.Overall, we had a truly warm and welcoming experience. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. I highly recommend Greece Insiders to friends and family, and we will certainly be in touch if we visit Greece again.

Our Family enjoyed our Greece vacation to the fullest with lifetime memories! I just returned home from a fabulous trip to Greece organized by Eleni Drogouli at Greece Insiders. Over two weeks, we experienced the history, beauty, culture and modern day life of Greece. While planning the trip with her, I noticed that she was extremely reliable and responsive to my requests. She developed a trip that ensured we would visit the key sites but also built in time for relaxation and independent exploration - in other words, that we really got to enjoy our vacation. Her recommendations of hotels, restaurants and activities were spot on and her attention to detail made us all feel like we were well taken care of. Importantly, while in Greece, she made herself available to us and checked in periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have worked with other excellent travel agents in the past but Eleni is in a class by herself. I highly recommend hiring Eleni and Greece Insiders for your own amazing trip to Greece!

Elena helped plan a perfect girls getaway trip to Athens, Meteora and Crete. She accommodated our desires to have a balance of history, sightseeing and relaxing beach time. All our hotels were clean, comfortable and located walking distance from the city centers with a delicious breakfast buffet included. Our drivers and guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Once we were there Barbara was our coordinator who was very responsive to questions and any issues that we faced. She even helped locate a phone that was left behind on a tour bus in Aegina. We had a blast and I would highly recommend Greece Insiders to anyone planning a trip to Greece.

We were a large group of friends. Everything was well organized. The hotels were in heart of the cities and were very comfortable. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Barbara was always available to help with the issues. The icing on the cake was the wonderful welcome basket we received when we checked in! Very thoughtful!
