What an amazing service!
What an amazing service! I was worried about the delivery with frozen produce but it came in freezer storage that was still struggling to defrost the next day!

Nice selection confectionary/ bad customer care
Happy with the option to buy Greek products and children books in UK.
Fast shipping but short expiry date on many products.
The negative point is that the customer service is non existent in my case. I opened a warranty case for a drink mixer in April 2023 (10 months ago), contacted their supplier, messaged them multiple times and I still have no reply. Makes them look unreliable even since the supplier confirmed that they were happy for the replacement of the defective mixer.

Our records show that we have been in communication with you regarding this matter. After reviewing your warranty claim, we concluded that you are not eligible for a replacement or a refund because, unfortunately, you've been using the mixer for purposes beyond its intended use, such as breaking ice cubes, which is not covered under this warranty. However, we extended an offer for a solution in good faith, pending the manufacturer's action to provide us with a replacement unit to forward to you. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not fulfilled this commitment.
At Greek Market, we strive to provide excellent customer service and support. While we regret that the manufacturer's response has not met our shared expectations, we remain committed to assisting our customers wherever possible.

Amazing service and delivery
Amazing service and delivery! I am so happy I found a site with a big variety of Greek products that I am not able to buy in UK and in such good prices! Delivery was quick and frozen food came with extra care - wrapped with ice bags. I am definitely going to order again and again - keep up the good work!
