Will cheat you unless you stay on top of them
I had the misfortune of dealing with Chelsea Lauriston and Michael La Chapelle as my customer service reps. I was ready to pay back my lump sum and qualified for the 60-day discount, but they charged me for an extra day. Basic math with them felt like pulling teeth. They don't comprehend simple requests and unless you stay on top of them, they will likely try to squeeze out a few extra hundred dollars from you like they did with me. Happy to be done with them and will never use this institution again.

Great Service
Especially with financial products, the most important skills are to listen and be proactive. These are the two attributes that Tiffany has. When I talk to Tiffany about challenging situations with merchants, she is there to resolve them with a very strategic plan. Not only does she come up with great solutions, but she truly listens and makes calculated decisions. Austin has also helped me tremendously with getting deals to the finish line and always wants to be competitive. He also is a great communicator and respects what I have to say. What a great team!

Company will charge you a “$1000.00” service fee and won’t mention it to you at all. You won’t find out until AFTER you receive the funds and see a withdrawal for $1000 from green box capital.
Finance rates are 35% for me.
The contract is so small and hidden in the website when you go to sign it so it makes it almost impossible to read.
