Great customer service and fast processing
The process for our Credit Card advance from start to finish was seamless. Fred was very responsive and clear on the process and was able to get our funds in our account same day. I’d highly highly recommend Greenbox and also working with Fred.

Final payment isn’t your final payment
Finished paying the balance of the loan last week. They are still taking daily payments from my account ... They say I have to wait for the final payment to clear before they stop deducting daily payments and once that happens I’ll be refunded. Why does it take so long for the money to clear their account when it’s debited from my account immediately...It doesn’t sound right to me...so just know what you’re getting into with this place. 144.43 AHC payment every day doesn’t sound like a lot, however, when you operate within tight margins and you’re all paid up and they’re still taking the money out of your account a week later and your account is overdrawn because of these debits ... well, it ain’t too cool. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re desperate and need a loan these are the people because they will lend the money.... just gotta be prepared for the final payment. Final payment isn’t your final payment.

Please note that the refund to your account was not due to overdebiting you on your daily payments, rather, this was a fee incorrectly applied to your account that was immediately corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand, as you said, that the small businesses we fund are, at times, operating with tight margins and it is never our intention to bring harm to a clients operations. Quite the opposite. Incredible broker support team!
Eddie and Laz do an amazing job. They answer every call or call back asap on any missed calls. They've funded clean deals for me in a matter of hours, but where they've come through in the clutch is on the deals that have a few hurdles to overcome. They've been able to work through the speedbumps and get our customers the funding they were hoping for. Great team to work with. Highly recommend to other ISO's.
