This made me smile, thank you. I love how you’ve turned Skin Repair into a whole little ritual—winter hands during TV time and post-garden in the summer is exactly how I picture it being used. Honestly, its how I use it...recliner, book, hot tea and tin of salve. It really does its best work when you give it that minute to soak in, so you’re using it like a pro.

I’m also so happy to hear the Lavender face wash is treating your “normal mature (wink) skin” kindly. That hydrated-but-not-greasy feeling is what we were chasing with that formula, so it’s very validating to hear it’s doing its job on your side of the sink. I love keeping mine in the shower so I can apply to my hands, arms, neck, chest and pretty much head to toe.

Merci beaucoup d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Je suis vraiment désolé d’apprendre les difficultés que vous avez vécues avec la location à « Le Domaine du Manoir de 1900 ». Cela doit être très frustrant d’être facturé pour des dégâts et des frais de ménage alors que vous estimez qu’il n’y en a pas eu, d’autant plus que la somme a été prélevée immédiatement, sans possibilité de discuter.

Je me permets toutefois de préciser une chose : nous sommes Green Goo, une entreprise américaine de produits de premiers soins à base de plantes, basée aux États-Unis. Nous n’avons aucun lien avec la location « Le Domaine du Manoir de 1900 » ni avec une propriété à la La Ferté‑Gaucher (77). Votre avis a été publié sur notre site web, ce qui crée malheureusement une confusion et nuit à notre réputation et à notre entreprise familiale.
