I’m more than happy to recommend this company . They have just completed, an installation of central heating with a heat pump, solar panels and insulation. Communication was excellent, people turned up when expected , and everyone was polite , friendly and considerate. All the work was carried out efficiently, to a high standard. I can’t really recommend them highly enough…..

My husband and I were contacted regarding the possibility of being eligible for the grant offered in Wales, for properties that did not have access to the gas network etc. We took up the offer of a free survey carried out by Greenhouse Energy, who completed all the relevant forms and submitted the application on our behalf, with Wendy keeping us informed of progress at every stage.
We were very pleased to learn that we qualified for the grant and a plan of work was put into place.
All aspects of the work went smoothly, under the watchful eye of Mark and his amazing team. All the guys, bar none were great, explaining things as they went along and were very respectful of the property, always cleaning up after themselves.
We had cavity wall insulation, solar panels fitted, an air source heat pump installed, new radiators throughout along with the necessary new water tank and relevant controls, finishing off with loft insulation. All without any cost to ourselves.
The overall system is amazing, hot water constantly on tap. Central heating controlled by thermostats, upstairs and downstairs independently. The solar panels mean that I am hardly using any electricity during these sunny summer days.
I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work carried out and the professional way in which it was done.
I would recommend Greenhouse Energy without any hesitation.

We were lucky enough to be guided in the direction of Greenhouse Energy where we met Wendy. She’s the loveliest lady imaginable, who guided us effortlessly through the initial forms to establish eligibility and who then arranged an assessor visit to our home followed quickly by a surveyor visit.

She was friendly, professional, thorough and informative. She put us at ease by explaining everything and keeping us updated regularly.

We appreciated this very much having been approached prior to this by a different company offering the same Eco 4 scheme who misinformed and misled us on many levels to our disadvantage.
It put us off the scheme.

But later thankfully, Greenhouse Energy was recommended to us, we followed it up and Wendy sorted everything out for us.
She provided us with a first class service from beginning to end, putting us totally at ease. She was honest with her answers and followed through with everything she said she’d do and we can’t thank her enough.

We now have an air sourced heat pump, solar panels and new radiators. Our water pressure has shot up which is welcomed and we no longer have to wait for our water to heat up.
We turn on the tap and it’s there in an instant.

I never leave reviews but I just wanted to say this company were amazing from start to finish. They sent an assessor to my property, then an engineer to carry all checks, gave me an installation date and now have new heating and solar panels. Also had the walls insulated too which has made a massive difference to my home. All staff are knowledgeable and personable Thank you so much. I would Highly recommend Greenhouse energy.

Awfull company, didn't explain fully the work involved at the beginning, still re- decorating the mess they left, the pump installed is huge, resembles a gin distillery, no regards to.our property, cups left everywhere, opened milkshake left on my oak table, sloping ceilings taken down in bedrooms, to fill void, not informed about this either, pipework installed covering doesn't fit, I could go on, so upset about the mess, my only wish is that I hadn't signed the work off, pressured to.do so as I was told there would be no guarantee if I didn't sign within a certain amount of time, AWFULL COMPANY. Steer well away.

Due to living on a 'conservation area' in Gwynedd ...it was a little less straightforward with planning etc...but Wendy kept me up to speed... and from initially looking like a no-go I have now secured PP. If the rest of the team are as helpful and friendly as Wendy then I will have nothing to worry about.....(going by reviews they are).

Two carpenters from Aberporth were excellent. Plumbers were also clean and tidy and willing to discuss matters and completion was excellent. Electricians were also of a high standard. The whole company were excellent and hassle free to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend this company to those considering the scheme.

Amazing! Wendy was fantastic with her communications at the beginning with sorting our Eco4 grant application. She was professional and extremely efficient throughout our application process keeping us up to speed the whole time.

Greenhouse are amazing. We have been lucky to have to government energy grant with the help from greenhouse. We now have solar panels, new heating system, cavity wall insulation and an air source heater! The whole team are so friendly, professional and respectful. There communication is fantastic keeping us informed of everything going on from the application to the instalment. I couldn't recommend a better company. Applied for a grant after speaking to a lovely and professional lady named Wendy. Knowledgeable lady with great customer skills. Had a survey carried out by a chap named Andy. Again, very professional, knowledgeable with great customer facing skills. Don't yet know if I will qualify for any grants but my interactions so far with this company have been very positive. A rareity nowadays

Mark has been amazing through the whole process. We could not believe we were eligible for the grant and had many people say it couldn’t be done but this firm pulled it out of the bag! New heating system and solar alongside a heat pump which has more than halved our bills! They work with great local firms that put so much care and effort in it unbelievable!

Green House Energy has recently installed Air Source Heating to my house, and I am writing this review to complement all of the trades that came to my house to carry out the installation, also I would like to thank the people at the office of Green House Energy for their patients with all of the questions that I has whilst the installation was taking place, I called them a number of times with various queries of things that I did not understand, I would recommend Green House as a first class company, who carry out all of the work as true professionals

Start to finish very efficient. Wendy was very helpful, everything that was happening was explained fully, from application to completion was only a matter of weeks, they cleaned up after themselves ,I now have a new boiler and radiators , would definitely recommend anyone who has a low income to apply.
