Long time to deliver
Long time to deliver, ordered on a Wednesday didn't get them till the Tuesday, also poor value for money even with £30 discount

We received your order at 6:50 PM on Wednesday, after our normal working hours, so it was processed the following day.
Your order, along with many others taking advantage of our promotional discount, was promptly added to our production schedule and shipped out on Friday.
To keep shipping costs economical, we use Palletline's 48-hour shipping service (2 working days), and your pallet was delivered on Tuesday.
We also wanted to address your purchase of the trial pallet. The trial pallet is designed to offer new customers an opportunity to test our product at a reduced cost. While it may not be the most economical option for purchasing, it provides a low-risk way to experience the quality of Green Mile Bedding before committing to a larger order. fast delivery and a great product
fast delivery and a great product. This bedding has transformed my life and those of my horses. Fantastic. The only glitch has been the local carrier on a couple of occasions being short staffed etc so the delivery takes a bit longer from when it gets to the local hub but that is nothing to do with Greenmile!

I ordered a trial pallet from them 9…
I ordered a trial pallet from them 9 bales and asked for it to be delivered on a 7.5 tonne lorry due to access but it came on artic the driver had to do a kerb side drop which meant I had to move the bales in my wheel barrow about 3/4 of a mile to then stack them in my barn so not very happy with them

The product is excellent
The product is excellent. No faults with it. The delivery leaves something to be desired; the tracking didn't recognise our postcode, the pallet was inconveniently positioned so I need to manually restack the whole delivery.
Also you need to be realistic in your delivery times. Each order takes a week to arrive. This isn't an issue as long as it's known in advance.

Great bedding
Really happy with this product. It's really absorbant and keeps my guinea pigs fresh- I use it in their hay trays. Would recommend buying this in bulk if you have the space to store as it works out much cheaper than similar products I was getting through too fast. And we got a pallet to reuse in our garden :)

Great delivery...great product but can't afford..but…
Great delivery...great product ..but bales are a bit small and although delivery is included... it is reflected in how much you pay per bale... so I cannot afford to continue...Shame cos I love the product.but I go through half to one a day for each horse so cant afford it.
