Green Motion car rental serves Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Cilipi Airport, from a branch at Dobrota bb, Cilipi, near Dubrovnik. From the terminal, head towards the main exit and turn left, following the terminal building until you reach the next road. Turn right onto the main street, and at the end of it you will see a petrol station on the left-hand side. The Green Motion branch is located across the street from the petrol station. If you need help finding it, call the branch (the number is in the branch details on this page). Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–22:00, including public holidays.

We rented a car in Dubrovnik on September 12 2026. We documented significant damage to the car at the time of rental, including worn tires and several damaged exterior parts. On September 15 2026 in Durmitor National Park, we experienced a punctured tire which was due to a stone penetrating the tire where the tire tread was very thin. We were very fortunate to encounter a park employee and his assistant who helped us change the flat tire with their jack. These individuals installed the "donut" spare tire. The donut spare itself was flat, and again we were fortunate in that a passing motorist stopped and had a tire compressor in his car, which we used to inflate the donut spare. We paid the park employee and his assistant 40 Euros for their help. We were able to drive very slowly for about 30+ km to a tire shop in Durmitor, where a shop employee inserted a plug in the punctured tire. We paid him 30 Euros for his assistance.
Over the next few days the plugged tire held pressure, and we eventually drove to Orebic and then took the ferry to Korcula. On the morning of September 9 2026 (Saturday), we found that the tire had deflated again. We spent a great deal of time on the phone on Saturday searching for any place in Korcula that might be able to help us with the flat tire on a weekend, to no avail. So our vacation plans for Saturday and then on Sunday had to be completely scrapped because we could not get any weekend help with the tire. On the morning of September 21 2026 (Monday) we found an open tire shop in Korcula where our tire was finally properly patched. We paid the shop 50 Euros for their work. The repaired tire held, and we completed our vacation with no further trouble.
We had significant stress and worry because of the tire. We lost at least two full days of our vacation, and had to rearrange other days because of the tire. We asked Green Motion for 120 Euros in reimbursement for our trouble, but to no avail. Although we believe we would have been justified in doing so, we did not ask for compensation for lost time on our vacation due to the tire problems.
