Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included.

This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.

Worst car hire I have ever used. I am used to other car rental companies in South Africa like Avis and Hertz which refund the deposit within 48 hours. With this one it was a nightmare. I received my deposit after six weeks subsequent to numerous phone calls and emails. And what outraged me the most, is when their staff and Financial Manager do not see anything wrong with their refund policy and see nothing wrong with the fact that the customers have to make phone calls and follow up on their deposit refunds. I would advise anyone to stay away from them if they want to maintain their sanity. Terrible refund policy and customer service, to say the least !!!😭😭😭😭😭

I have traveled around the world and this was the best rental car experience I have ever had! The pickup and drop off of the rental car at the departure lane at the airport was seamless! The staff was courteous and professional! The car was exactly what I had rented and it was immaculate! I wish all rental car experiences were like this and I highly recommend them!
