Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Kalamata Airport (KLX), located on the 6th Km Kalamatas Messinis road (EO Pilou Kalamatas) in Kalamatas, Greece. This page also covers the Kalamata Downtown and Kalamata Port desks. The office is a walk-in location situated around 140 metres from the airport, on the main road leading to it. Einfach nur skandlös. Tun sie sich sich einen gefallen und mieten sie anderswo.
Green motion ist mit grossem Abstand die schlechteste Autovermietung die ich je erlebt habe. Ihr "office" befindet sich rund 300 m vom Terminal. Shuttle Bus oder Wegweiser gibt es keine. Trotz online Check-In lagen meine Informationen bei der Anmietung nicht vor und es musste alles nochmals wiederholt werden. Ich erhielt ein schmutziges uraltes Fahrzeug, bei welchem nach wenigen Kilometern, gleich mehrere Warnleuchten zu blinken begannen. Telefonisch war niemand mehr erreichbar. Ich musste umkehren und lange warten, bis wieder jemand vor Ort war. Dies gelang nur dank der Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters der benachbarten Autovermietungsfirma, der offenbar eine Handynummer des Angestellten von Green motion hatte. Wie sich herausstellte, war die Mobiltelefonnummer von Green Motion nur an der Türe des Gebäudes erwähnt, nicht hingegen in den Unterlagen! Wie kundenunfreundlich ist dass denn!
Wir verloren rund 2 Stunden, und mussten 60 Euro bezahlen für ein "upgrade" zu einem halbwegs vernünftigen und einigermassen modernen Fahrzeug derselben Kategorie (welches ebenfalls schmutzig war --> Unterlagen des Vormieters unter dem Sitz, Schuhabdrücke auf dem Rücksitz, etc.).
Der Mitarbeiter beim Anmieten war so unfreundlich, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und ich habe ihn ganz offensichtlich beim chillen und am Mobiltelefon hängen gestört. Der Mitarbeiter bei der Abgabe war freundlich aber leider völlig überfordert, weil zu viele Kunden da waren. Diese Firma hat ihr Business völlig nicht im Griff.
