Received penalty charge due to rental car being without valid MOT. On number of occasions contacted rental office and haven’t received any explanation or acknowledgment.

Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Kaunas Airport (KUN) in Karmelava, Lithuania. The branch is based at Saltiniu street 17, close to the terminal, and is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The office is located next to the airport at UNIPARK parking, around 400 metres away. To reach it on foot, leave the airport and take Oro uosto street, continue straight ahead, then turn left onto Pievu street, where the Green Motion office is on the left alongside other rental company desks. Providing your flight number in advance helps the branch track your arrival. Desk opening hours (local time): open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
