Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Olbia Airport (OLB) in Olbia, Italy. The office is located at Via Dei Minatori, 1, just a few minutes from the airport terminal. A free shuttle service runs every 10 minutes to take customers between the terminal and the rental office. The meeting point is parking area A3 in the "Parking Go" area, right in front of the terminal, a short walk from both the departures and arrivals areas. If you need further help finding the desk, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Very helpful young guy

They first said there is no automatic car like what we reserved. When we were reluctantly about to leave with our manual car, one young guy at the counter said a auto car is just back and he switched paperwork very fast to give us that automatic car. He was very efficient and helpful. He did it despite a long line at the counter.

Grazie per la recensione. Ci fa piacere che il personale alla consegna sia stato molto disponibile. Prendiamo nota anche della distanza dall’aeroporto e delle incomprensioni alla reception.

Verdacht auf Betrug

Meine Frau, die beiden erwachsenen Kinder und ich haben den Mietwagen korrekt und ohne Beschädigung zurück gegeben - was Fotos bei der Annahme beweisen. Trotzdem hat uns Green Motion im Nachhinein 520,-€ von meiner MasterCard gestohlen, wegen angeblich 2 kleinen Kratzern. Es handelt sich hier definitiv um Betrug, da wir bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe die Fotos gezeigt haben und der Kontroleur noch sagte "tutto bene" . Staatsanwaltschaft, Anwalt und die MasterCard- Gesellschaft haben ihre Arbeit aufgenommen, damit meine Familie das Geld wieder zurück bekommt. Übrigens schon der dritte Betrug innerhalb 12 Jahren!!!

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen nach der Rückgabe in Olbia 520 € für zwei angebliche Kratzer berechnet wurden, obwohl Sie nach Ihrer Schilderung Fotos vorgelegt haben und Ihnen bei der Rückgabe gesagt wurde, alles sei in Ordnung. Wir können den Zustand des Fahrzeugs und die Grundlage der Belastung anhand dieser Bewertung nicht prüfen. Da Sie bereits weitere Schritte eingeleitet haben, bitten wir Sie, sich bei Bedarf unter ics@cs.greenmotion.com an uns zu wenden, damit der Vorgang anhand der Unterlagen geprüft werden kann.
