Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:

Two years, no complaints
I’ve used this company two years in a row now and am happy to recommend them. I’ve had a good experience both times with efficient service at pick up and return of the vehicle. I chose to do the online pre check of documents, which I recommend. Also be sure that it’s the main driver’s credit card used on the booking as I overheard another person having issues with that despite the clear instructions when booking.

Resposta da Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Thessaloniki Airport
Thank you for returning to the Thessaloniki team and sharing your experience. We’re glad you found the staff professional, friendly and quick. We also note your point that the cars are not always spotless, and appreciate you raising it.
