I love their products, good quality with mostly natural ingredients and without chemicals. The prices are also quite reasonable for the quality.
My preferred products are the scent-free shampoo and body wash, they are very delicate on my sensitive skin.

I’ve been using their suncream for years and recommended to so many people. They’ve now changed the formula-it stains clothes, is oddly watery and doesn’t protect as well. Quite upset that their customer services were totally disinterested when I contacted them and merely sent me a link with details of removing stains. Sad to lose faith in a company I always liked.

Love green people for cleansing products! Seriously I have such sensitive combination skin and their products work but also make me feel pampered at the same time. Particularly their cleansers, balms, moisturisers, masks and sun lotion. I love their ethos! I have not found their makeup great for me (tinted moisturiser a bit too dry) but this is the case for me with most make up and their customer service is great

Ps They definitely aren’t “average” and when I had a glance through previous reviews some are questions with 1 star(!?!) weird complaints about long delivery times or complaints about a reaction to a product even though they received a full refund and excellent customer service.

I HAVE A QUESTION...MY EYES ARE VERY PUFFY. IS THERE AN EYE CREAM THAT WOULD HELP?

I've been using Green People shampoo and conditioner for years. I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair. It's the only product that tames and relaxes it. The smell is gentle and delightful. I've bought other cleansing products over the years and they've all been lovely.

No complaints! Love all their products. Biodegradable packaging, even biodegradable “plastic” bottles. Suncream works well and smells good. It’s the best eco/“alternative” suncream I’ve tried, and doesn’t go too white. The factor 15 is good for adults. 30 for the kids. The tinted face spf cream is really good too. And the lipstick! Only things I wouldn’t buy again have been the deodorant (didn’t do anything, and I’m used to alternative non-alum deodorant) and the mascara, which smudged too much. Everything else has been great over the years and still is. Thank you 💚

I bought chamomile hand and body lotion after discovering that I was allergic to the preservatives in most creams and moisturisers. The hand cream is fantastic, it really moisturises, sinks in and leaves my hands soft (I'm a nurse and recently they have been washed so much they cracked) However, the real revelation was a tiny sample tube of calming nappy cream, I used it on my eczema patches and it worked! So I have bought a pot and it is healing my skin, I have woken up this morning to hardly any broken patches and I have not scratched myself raw in the night! It feels like a miracle. I also bought the quinoa hand and body lotion, it is a bit too perfumed for my taste, but no reactions to it, and it works.

Very happy with the Scent Free Sun Lotion 200ml and thanks for the speedy delivery. I was alarmed at first to read one of its ingredients is Titanium dioxide but found the info on your website regarding nanoparticles very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the plastic tube (recycled) was delivered in a cardboard box stuffed with styrofoam pieces - completely unnecessary and not very green.

I have a sun lotion, and a day cream. Overall I am pleased with them funny smell but this what you can expect _ fragrance free and organic. I am pleased with ingredients, you don't really want to put all these chemicals on your face so I think green people is the right choice. I will continue to buy.

Bought the children’s sun cream a couple of weeks ago and am pretty disappointed - it’s a strange beige colour which stains their clothes as soon as it’s applied, leaving them looking grubby. Wishing I hadn’t bought two.

Im really not sure what people are complaining about on here Green People stuff is amazing, the customer service is great and delivery has always been spot on? I've been using their products for years and years, I wouldn't use anything else and they are fantastic. Fair enough if you are allergic to stuff but i've found the oppostite, where other stuff isn't suitable only Green People stuff tends to work!
Let's have some positive revues to redress the balance folks....

I ordered a sunscreen on the 12th of April to which it said that it had been dispatched about 6 days ago.However, it’s the 21st and I still haven’t received my order I sent them an email about 3 days ago but haven’t had a reply.I know that the 19th-22nd is non bussiness due to Easter, but I ordered the sunscreen 9 days ago and it was meant to be sent first class which was clearly not the method it has been sent by.Any information in this matter would be helpful.

Won't pay for. My allergies other than deodorants cost.. Sucks

Green people are a wonderful company! Based on wonderful ethics, brilliant customer service and fabulous natural products.

I have super sensitive skin, that became even more sensitive after pregnancy (I was referred to Dermatology for a skin biopsy). This is was lead to my search for natural products, and I am so happy I discovered Green People.

Their products are a good quality, delivery is always free and fast, packaging minimal, and most importantly when things go wrong they put it right!

I had a skin reaction to one product, they automatically were happy to refund/replace. I chose to replace it. I have since received wonderful advice on good products for my skin (scent free range), and for my children (2.10 year old and 6 month old).

In another instance I didn’t receive an order, which Green People sent. They automatically investigated this (in their time and with no hesitation or pushing from me), sending my order again. I was very impressed!

I love the baby / child ranges. We use the scent free organic baby wash, the baby balm (amazing product), foam antibacterial hand sanitiser, and scent free organic children’s sunscreen (only sunscreen my son doesn’t react to!).

Overall, a wonderful family UK company, based on fantastic ethics, brilliant service (even when things go wrong, which for me shows what a company is really made of).

I bought a bottle of the Clear Skin Purifying Serum having heard such great things from beauty bloggers. I have recently finished a course of Roaccutane for acne which has left my skin extremely sensitive and still suffering with occasional breakouts. This product glides on and feels immediately calming on the skin. It doesn’t irritate my skin and I think my skin looks noticeably better the next day.

From sun cream to make-up, shampoo to self tan - I love that Green People offer natural products that you can truly trust! Their sun lotion is lightweight and great for acne-prone skin. 100% recommend!

Great products - but only when you can get them! I ordered 4 tubes of sun cream for our children. Only 1 arrived. I contacted Green People using their online form over 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I have just contacted them again. Really, really poor customer service.

Good organic products for a reasonable price.

Finally I can go out into the sun and get a tan - like a normal person! This is the first sun cream I have tried that doesn't make me come up in a rash. I've also tried several of their other products as I react to many additives and so far everything works for me. I also like that all the packaging is recyclable - we don't need to make our plastics problem worse!

I have been using Green People products for a number of years after trying a number of "top brands" to help my problematic skin. Their products are by far the best and I can't imagine using anything else. Not only are the products great, the ethics, standard of customer service and delivery is really good and can't be faulted. I am still a happy customer after many years.
