Decent weed when you get it .They sent a incorrect order to me ,when I told them , first they need pics ,then pics went to wrong thread. Then days later they need to confirm my address it was the right address wrong order ,then they are out of the strain pick another 2 weeks later still not shipped ,Krystal N is of no help

I have been a member for over 7 years and the products are amazing as well as the customer service.

If I could rate 0 I would. Package never arrived and was promised to be replaced and replacement was never sent. Don’t waste your money. Massive waste of money. Customer service will be nice, but not helpful in any way. Scammers!

Green Society, ya’ll really need to do better, I been doing business with you for about 4 years, never have I had to select a mail preference. It’s always been express post. Now you got an option for regular mail preference. I’m so pissed off at you for that, I didn’t select nothing like I usually order, and got screwed. I ordered on August 31st, and still haven’t received anything. Ya’ll need to take that option away, don’t try to fix things that are not broken. Good customer service is essential. I even contacted customer support and she acted like it was normal. Do business better
