Finally got around to using the Tees because of lock down and they're fantastic! Currently using the orange castle tees and they are rock solid (still using the same tee for 10+ rounds) great build... Ver mais

I like the idea of sustainable tees, but not easy to find off the tee during this time of year. This makes them less sustainable on your pocket. so they could do with being more obvious, maybe brighte... Ver mais

Over recent years, and rightly so, golf as a sport has started to become more environmentally aware. Golf’s initiatives range from reducing the use of single use plastics at large events to changing what chemicals are allowed on golf courses. We wanted to lead the revolution by creating a golf brand that is as much about being environmentally conscious as it is about providing quality products to golfers. Our products are made from sustainable sources and recycled materials. Over the coming years and months we hope to expand this mentality of reusability, sustainability and natural materials in golf.

Fast delivery, misleading item description

Delivery speed great. Packaging for delivery unsuitable - glass bottle sent in one layer of bubble wrap in a thin card box.

Website detailed a 750ml capacity bottle - it was actually 550ml so a bit misleading as was needed for the extra capacity.

Unprofessional and childish company

Queried that bamboo was the right way to go in terms of the environment. Plastic alternatives are reusable and last forever. So from a carbon point of view plastic isn’t bad despite the averages consumers belief. Instead of coming back to me with any evidence or research. They were unprofessional with a sarcastic comment and accused me of spreading misinformation despite being qualified in packaging. To make them even more unprofessional they just blocked me. Very childish

They’re reply just proves my point! False narrative?! I was open to the debate but they’re not willing to explore LCAs. Wouldn’t even discuss how many rounds you get with bamboo vs plastic tees. Probably the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with around plastic alternatives. Would be good if they actually considered some people who were in the industry or could do research

Again as I explained I work in this field and reached out to discuss. They were rude and weren’t interested instead wanted to shove their own agenda forward and not discuss

Would happily delete if they just reached out and had an open to discussion but if previous communications are to go by they don’t like a debate. Reached out in the DMs stating my credentials and they got scared

This individual started no debate or posed no questions. He is not a customer nor an environmental expert. Having never having seen or used our products, knowing nothing of our methods or research he decided to make claims against us on social media, so we blocked him.
That’s the extent of this interaction.

Alex, your first unsolicited comment on Instagram reads: “oh dear! I think if you looked at the carbon footprint of both the plastic are better. They can literally last years. Understand this is your business but the environment point is misleading”

Not a start to a debate. By any standards. We’d rather you removed your review but we won’t be interacting with you any further.
